Description of Work: 24 - point tune up on air conditioner was performed. Unfortunately, the next time I used the AC, it was not functioning. I called to report this problem and was told it would cost $89.00 to diagnose the problem. I asked to have this fee waived since my AC worked perfectly fine for 10 years prior to the "tune-up" but they would not. I opted to pay less for my home warrantee service to come out.

Description of Work: They installed a new gas furnace. They were always on time, very friendly and always kept me informed on what they were doing. I had to call them back and they came back on that Saturday!! I will use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Description of Work: Great service! Friendly, efficient, and tidy. He was professional and answered all of my questions, explained the procedure as he went along. He protected the carpet with drop cloths and wore shoe covers the entire time. When he was finished the house was left the way he found it. There was nothing left over for me to have to clean. Description of Work: Purchased the $49 24 pt inspection and a part was nearly worn out. Suggested replacement so we did it. Response time was as promised. So far so good!
