Description of Work: Cleaned out all the furnace ducts in the house (12 registers)and 2 air returns. Took only 2 1/2 hours. There was a great deal of fine dust afterward especially in the dining area. However, this was the first duct cleaning in 37 years!

Description of Work: Chris was great. I had purchased a bid deal A/C tune-up, and he arrived on time and quickly tuned up my old A/C unit, replacing a worn part in the process. He also took a look at my heating system and recommended a fall tune-up at a discounted price. This was a great experience.

Description of Work: Air duck cleaning, maintenance on heating unit, cleaning of dryer vent. They called in advance to confirm when they would be here, worked consistently to get the job done well, and gave an excelent description of the work done.

Description of Work: It went smoothly, the pleasant young man came in with his machine, put on booties, we reviewed the location of all the vents in the house and the air return. He lay out a tarp next to the vent he was working on and with his machine he sent this rotary-sucking brush down the vent. The technician worked in a careful and meticulous manner going from vent to vent. The machine did break down on the very last vent he called to get help but the machine needed to get repair he could not give on site. He rescheduled to finish the job once the machine was fixed, and came and finished the job in the careful detailed manner he did before.

Description of Work: They cleaned the air ducts on my 3-level home, and I'm very happy and satisfied with the work. | |The provider was knowledgeable and exceptionally professional and efficient. He explained the process prior to starting, and communicated everything he had noted, upon completion. I was especially happy that he was careful with his equipment, and did not leave marks on the light beige carpet. I would definitely use this company, again.

Description of Work: They replaced our non functioning heat pump and furnace and moved the furnace to a better, more accessible location in the crawl space. It went well. They bid what we asked for, a no bells and whistles system that would last. The access to the furnace was through a small hatch like door in the foundation, under a deck; a real bear. The opening had to be enlarged and they arranged for that themselves instead of saying that we needed to find our own contractor for that, like the other bidders. They also furnished space heaters for us until the new system was up and running. The folks were very pleasant and courteous from the start to the finish.

Description of Work: Installed new heat pump with April Air Whole House Filter...cleaned ducts...made old furnace into "back-up" system...upgraded electrical box w/higher amp fuse | |Overall experience was very positive...loved their professionalism and focus on customer service...we interacted with about four employees and two electrical subcontractors...everyone was super professional...made us feel comfortable throughout the entire install...took one full day to complete...works amazing...all the work done looks tip-top...cleaned up everywhere after the work was completed...give them my "highest recommendation!"
