Description of Work: They did a deep cleaning within the our unit that included pulling major parts to get to the back fan. Definitely well worth the cost to pay them to do. Very impressed with the tech's knowledge and professionalism. Also tried to save us some money, which was greatly appreciated due to some family circumstances that he had no idea of. |We will definitely be going through Aire Serve for future heating & A/C needs. |

Description of Work: They arrived a little after the scheduled time window, but it was a Friday afternoon, so I understand. They came out to perform a 50-point inspection of my primary AC unit. I asked them many questions and they answered them all. They confirmed my suscpicions about needing to replace my AC system.

Description of Work: Aire Serv has provided great service both in their installation and over the course of one year during two service calls. They responded quickly and have solved issues without charge while under warranty. I needed a new filter which was the only cost.

Description of Work: They performed an AC system check. It went exceptionally well - we were left with an itemized list of what was looked at, and the options on how to repair any problems.

Description of Work: Inspected furnace, diagnosed several issues, offered to provide service for outrageous/ludicrous price over $900 |Tech was polite and courteous. |2nd quote obtained through NW Natural referral, less than 1/3 $. Job done in 30 minutes, including water heater repair.

Description of Work: I'm new to Angie's List and this is the first time I have done business with you. The technician from Aire Serv who arrived to perform the work was not aware of all the HVAC services that Angie's List said would be performed as part of the $39.00 package. After we disagreed about the services that would be provided, I had to open my computer and print out the list of services that Angie's List promised and present it to him. He said he had never seen the list before and that it must have been something new that Angie's List had put out. He did perform additional work but I don't know if everything was performed that was supposed to be. Very disappointed in the whole process including Angie's List shilling for this outfit.

Dean and his crew were very honest but didn't pressure me. In fact, I waited to make my decision until I had done research on this company. I also called several competitors and in the end felt AireServ was a company I had total confidence in. |They were prompt and very clean by putting booties on every time they stepped in the house. While installing the thermostat, they took the time to explain in layman's language how to set up and run the programs. |I gave them all coffee and hugs and thanked them for a job well done. |
