Description of Work: The promotional offer I used was for the diagnostic only. The furnace was acting up, but working fine when the technician came. Recommended to replace the furnace since the 20 year old furnace was at the end of its life. Gave me oral estimate for lower end Lennox furnace. However, I never got a written estimate and what is included in the contract. Later I asked for an estimate of a different model furnace. Again the estimate was over the phone. I ended of getting a new furnace from a different company even if price was a little higher.

Description of Work: The service was good and he was profession during the service call until he tried to sell me a protection plan and an upgrade to the furnace filter system. It reached a low point when he wanted to take a "selfie" of us for some strange reason.

Description of Work: This was a great tuneup special and they were excellent in response time, punctuality, and service! Especially as the holiday season was coming up and they had had a great response to their advertised special! Several of my family members have now used them and they recommended them to me very highly!

Description of Work: they installed a new furnace in my previous residence. We did have a minor problem with them that we were a little unhappy with. It took them several days to get the furnace working. On the initial install, someone was there pretty much all day and then left without telling us that the furnace was still not working. I called them the next day and they were supposed to have someone come back out, but they never did. Called the following day, and this time they sent out someone very knowledgeable who knew right away what the issue was and got it working. We were just upset with the technicians who originally came out because they didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Description of Work: He thoroughly checked my furnace and advised me to watch the heat exchanger as it is starting to crack. He also advised me to have my heater ducts cleaned.

Description of Work: The service provided a check of the heating unit and the Heat Pump. The serviceman cleaned the heater coil area and preformed tests on the unit and heat pump. He found that the coolant was very low and advised us on what we should do. The serviceman was very fair and honest. I would use them again

Description of Work: Too much money to essentially remove dust from fan and clean outer surface of cover. Spent quite a bit of my time on the phone giving instructions to a fellow worker on another job.
