We have same day service available and same & next day installation of central heating and cooling systems at no additional cost. The inspection never happened.
Description of Work: I bought an inspection, but they never called, emailed, or came to my house. I contacted Angie's list for a refund. Angie's list customer service is great.

[Member Name Removed] we came out to your house over a year ago and have been back 2 other times before this, each time trying to get us to do the job for a little less each time, while adding more to the list of what you needed done. This third trip, Dean let you know that we couldn't go as low as the other company you had an estimate from and that if price was going to be your sole purpose for hiring a contractor, that you should go with them and we would not submit another estimate for your project. I hope everything went smooth. Thanks again.

Description of Work: Arrived several Hours Late due to a more important Furnace Installation which conflicted with my scheduled appointment. Technician was not aware of nature of service beyond servicing Furnace; Service included servicing my Central Air conditioning unit,which he did after my suggestion that it was included in the Big-Deal purchase, however it was getting dark by then and so only a couple of electrical test were done. I suppose that for $39.00 I got some sort of deal though not what was advertised.

Description of Work: They serviced our furnace and central air unit, plus cleaned central air unit, filters, diagnosed fan noise in the furnace. Very informative, had good suggestions on correcting issues caused by the company who installed the central air system, when the furnace fan finally dies. Requested and received a current replacement furnace to consider when the current furnace fan dies.

Description of Work: Performed a tune-up on my furnace. I was satisfied with the service but the technician was late and nobody called to let me know he was running late. I had to call the office at 4:30 to find out if he was still coming as he was supposed to be here between 3 and 5. He finally arrived around 5:30.

Description of Work: I never received the service, and never received the refund back from Angie's list even after requesting multiple times. I was told that the refund was posted back to my account, but it never showed up. Can you fix this issue for me please?
