Chris Rattray from A Team Heating and Cooling did an excellent job for us. He was professional, yet friendly, focused, yet willing to take the time to answer our questions and provide great customer service. He is very knowledgeable in his field and has licenses and much experience. I had confidence in A Team Heating and Cooling because several friends told me how the company saved them money and only fixed things needed. I found this to be the case. Chris treated me very fairly and did a very good job for us.

I called Ross the day after a holiday to see if he could install a line for my gas clothes dryer. He came over the same day to look the job over. He was about an hour later than he predicted, but arrived at 5 PM to take a look. He's much older than I am but didn't mind going into my crawlspace to have a look. Ross explained that he was busy enough not to be looking hard to add new customers at this stage of his career, but he did his best to make a referral to another reputable local firm (Jacbos) when he called back later that evening. He also told me what he thought it should cost.

They came in and did a thorough job. They were quiet and clean. It was really obvious that there was a lot of clean up done. They did a great job. The price seemed right.

The quote that we received was so good that we decided to take care both the heating and cooling. We appreciated that after the job was completed, they took care of doing a follow-up without waiting on us to request one. We will use this company again in the future.

Everything went well. They were communicative throughout, did the job properly with all the right checks, cleaned up after themselves and everything worked fine.

Scheduled estimate and actual work appointments promptly. Came prepared with all necessary parts to complete installation. Completed installation and service with professional workmanship and quality parts. Programmed thermostat to fit our daily routines. Demonstrated how to change filter and modify thermostat. Honest estimates and exceptional service.

Gas Furnace was coming on but not lighting the gas, thus no heat. Called A1 at 8:15 a.m., which I had used 2 years ago for the same problem, and they had my address and type of equipment on file. Technician arrived at 2:30 p.m. and went to work. Very friendly and helpful, gave advice as to why ignition might have gone out after only a short time (2 years), and how to remedy the situation (thermostat cycling). Cleaned unit and floor area at conclusion, oiled motor, fixed worn connection to motor, explained everything. Since I had been at work they called me when he was going to be coming, and I had time to drive home and be there when he arrived. Only missed an hour of work.

Ross came the same day I called, although he wasn't scheduled until the next day, he squeezed in one more appointment that same day to fix my furnace. He explained how the wheel worked and performed a quick repair. I'm very pleased with the work and the price and would hire him again.

The serviceman was polite personable and gave info on what to be aware of if future problems of the same type. He was a little late, but called ahead to let me know he would be.
