I purchased a furnace service. It said clearly they would get ahold of me. They never did. I tried leaving a couple of messages which were never returned.

It went very well. Robert was prompt in the show-up window, worked efficiently and had everything taken care of.

Was told there was a pinhole leak and it needed a dye test, $400 and replacement of almost all the freon, another $400. We decided that we would check with original installer since the unit was less than 3 years old. Actual problem ended up being 1 bad valve and 1 valve that was loose. It did need a smaller top off of the freon. Final cost was $240, work done by Wolfers, the original installer. Would never use Aire Serve again.

the first technician installed a new coil, but didn't check the rest of the air conditioner. When the repaired system went back online, we noticed some significant water pooling in the garage. When they sent out their master technician, he diagnosed the problem quickly, applied what we already had paid (for repairs) to a new system, and got it up and running in a day.

The service person came 6 hours late. I was never notified. I had to call my self twice to check on the status. After the inspection I asked for a quote for repairs versus replacement. I had to call three times and they never gave me the quotes.

He gave our 15+ year units a good cleaning and check up. Everything looked good for their age so we are good to g for another few years. He was very professional and kind. I would highly recommend them. I love that they support our veterans also.

Nothing, they are not available until October and that will not work for us. Please refund the money to the credit card on file.

Will hire them again when the furnace needs servicing.

I didn't expect to get by with only paying the advertised price (everbody always finds something that needs fixing!), but I wasn't expecting to pay over $300.00! The service rep, Jamie, was very nice, changed the filter at no charge (we already had purchased a spare filter), but found a problem that he changed the diagnosis on more than once. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about, so who was I to question him? He brought in lots of equipment and tools and worked for a couple of hours. We don't notice any difference in the functioning of the A/C, but maybe what he did will keep something from happening in the future. Who knows? Makes me leary of any other check up deals.

It took longer than expected to set up an appointment (about a month). But when we did they were very prompt. The work was done as it was described. The technician alerted me to an odd problem with my unit, but didn't try to hard sell me into getting a new one or anything like that. I'd hire them again.

They are a local company. There was no charge, it was under warranty.

Great. Only complaint is that my appt was from 5-7 and the office told the guy to come at 4. It worked out because he was able to answe a lot of things on the phone.

Jamie was the service person. He was easy to talk to, very professional. I learned more about maintaining my HVAC system the short time with Jamie than I have in 26 yrs of owning the home. Look forward to working annually with Aire Serv

Jamie Cochrane did a thorough check-up of our A/C. He was very knowledgeable and professional as I watched over his shoulder. I would definitely consider Aireserv to replace my aging unit down the road based on this experience.

I'd would use again in a heartbeat.
