It was absolutely wonderful. They caught a problem when they came out to check the furnace. They were great. The guys who came out and did the work were great.

I received a call the that service man was on there way and they would be within a half hour. They arrived on time. They checked my vents in the house and looked at my themorstat. He then remove front panel of the furnace and cleaned out the lint and dust. Checked my filter. Ran the furnace though the heating and cooling process. Then he cleaned out my ac unit and check to see if it was running ok. The serviceman Chad Zendner was very helpful in giving tips on how the run you fan went cleaning to help control dust.

He arrived on time, was very professional and went right to work. He did a through job and took his time making sure that everything was just right.

Chris is absolutely wonderful. I couldn't ask for anyone better. He went above and beyond any such service that we have had in the past. He found pending problems before damage was done. I will not hesitate to call him again. GOOD JOB! CHRIS

Arrived on time removed their shoes and laid down tarps cleaned the furnace and gas fireplaces broke a heating element on the furnace, but replaced w/o charge cleaned up and left within the quoted time frame

Chad was on time, extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. We will likely be replacing our furnace in the near future as it's 17 years old but hopefully this tune-up will get us through the winter. We will definitely use them in the future for any furnace or AC needs and would highly recommend to anyone needing these services. Thanks!

The work as specified in the advertisement was done efficiently and competently, as far as I could tell, from an unprofessional point of view. I liked getting the resulting checklist. The person did offer an extended maintenance contract, which we took. The benefit to us is we don't have to think about future maintenance for a while.

Jeremy, came to my house at exactly 9:00 AM which was the time he was expected. He called first which I very much appreciated since that early in the day I am often in a great deal of pain. He was totally professional, didn't hesitate to answer my questions and explain exactly what the procedure was in cleaning the ten vents and two air intake vents in my home. I had also chosen on this call to have the vent from the dryer in the laundry room done. While he was here I asked him about the furnace thinking that perhaps I should have had that done before the vents. He told me about a special on Angie't List that saved me $80+ dollars for work he did on my furnace. He had the extra time so I had him do that immediately. I can't say enough about this company. I had hired them to do the installation of my new cooktop stove. When the young man arrived he looked at it and determined that wiring had to be changed and not being qualified to do that told me so. I was not charged a cent for this visit. I have lost all faith in companies big and small who provide services of this type or sell high end items that end up not working right and never get fixed properly. Air Serv has restored my faith in at least their company. I joined Angie's List just recently and have used it twice with two different companies and found both to be excellent. I will not go anywhere else to find help again. I just wish they handled people like lawyers. Thanks Air Serv and Angie's List.

Quick to respond when a tenants furnace went out. Great communication. Tenant was very please with professionalism and courtesy. Diagnosed and repaired unit in 1 day for a fair price. Highly recommend.

The service person who performed the work was very thorough and provided me with helpful information about my ducts. He went up and beyond what was necessary by fixing the air duct even though it meant accessing it via my crawl space.

They were great. I showed him where the equipment was and he cleaned it out and we talked bout how often it should be done. He was just very polite. I wrote his card on the calendar for next year to call him back at the same time. There's is not much else to tell. I wasn't with him the entire time to see what he did but he spent quite a bit of time checking everything out. I contacted him and he was there within a week.

It went very well. The staff was very professional and knowledgable.

We were told by our home inspector that our furnace has a potentially dangerous problem and should be checked out so we bought a deal on Angie's list for this company. They were fine in all but the communication. Their "report" was just one line saying they cleaned it; nothing about the problem we told them about. I would have thought they would have told us more. I hope the problem is resolved but I can't tell by their one-liner. Unfortunately, I wasn't the one home when they did the work.

We will definitely use them again. We used the discount coupon from Angie's List this time which was a great bargain. They were very professional, punctual, explained everything and found a part that needed replacing.

I would highly recommend Aire Service, these people are very knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and clean. We have just bought our manufactured home and bought the coupon on Angie's List to have the hvac serviced, little did we know that the unit was out of Freon and that our heat was running on emergency heat which is very spendy. All issues were fixed, and we were allowed to make payments. Chris, Chad, and Kendra really care. (there were 2 new parts included in this price also) There are not enough words to show our gratitude and respect to this company.

Originally hired for AC and furnace, but matched a price I saw for total duct and dryer vent cleaning. Jeremy arrived on time was very careful as I explained we had new wood floors. He was extremely pleasant and showed me how to clean the electronic air filter. He also checked attic and crawlspace to be sure ducts and venting were all properly connected. I will definitely be using them again for future service.

Great. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning. In addition, they went into our crawlspace and fixed some loose ductwork as well. Very professional, looking forward to having them come again.

Everything went splendidly! From their fantastic receptionist, Kendra, to Jim doing the work order, to Steve and Jeremy performing the grueling work of removing all of the large hard ducting and replacing it with flex ducting in a 18-24" crawlspace under our 1360sqft house. Everyone was tremendously professional, and Steve and Jeremy were very kid-friendly and even worked late on the Fri. before the Labor Day weekend to try to finish the job, so we could have AC over a hot weekend. I gave the price a "C" in accordance with "C" being the designation for average, NOT bad. I'm very happy with the service we received!

We had just bought this house and when the service was originally scheduled, we had a power failure that made it impossible for the service person to work. He cheerfully came back on Monday and went through a 17 year old furnace completely, cleaning and explaining as he went. Overall, the tech was very knowledgeable and inspired confidence in his ability. We will definitely use him again in the future.

The day one called a repairman came out. Estimate emailed for future unit after the repair failed. New unit and duct cleaning done a week later in one day. Old unit taken away. Clean, efficient, and friendly service! Very impressed!

I purchased a deal off of Angie's List, and the company contacted me very quickly to get the service scheduled. The owner came out to my house, got the work done quickly, and even went above to fix small issues, like reattaching the insultion on the outside of my unit.

SiOur existing 30 year old furnace was malfunctioning. We needed to address those issues right away. We got immediate response from Chris. He looked at everything, told us what needed to be done to get the furnace working again. He arranged to get someone here right away and fixed the problems. That was in the spring. We also talked to him about the pros and cons of installing a new furnace. He said they could fix the existing furnace and it could last another 30 years or it could die next month, no way to tell. We thought he was helpful, knowledgeable and frank. He didn't try to hard sell us a new furnace. We decided we needed to replace the existing furnace before the weather got bad again. Life circumstances had not allowed us to do regular maintenance so that furnace had to work hard. We arranged to talk to Chris again in late summer about replacing the furnace before fall. He spent quite a bit of time with us talking about our parameters and options. Our house is on Salem's historic register. We knew that fact could impact what we could do here. One option we asked him about was a heat pump. He knew that would not be allowed on a historic house, so that settled that question. He wrote up a plan that fit our budget and would get us a more efficient heating plant. The installation went quickly and without much fuss. We were quite pleased all together. It's a hard house to do this kind of work since there is a foundation under the house between the kitchen and bathroom. The installer figured out how to get that down without much fuss. We were much warmer last winter with the new furnace, plus our natural gas bill dropped significantly. The old furnace replaced a wood stove. I had it installed where the wood stove was and built a closet around the furnace. When that furnace was installed, the intake vent was cut through the picture rail, and the picture rail piece lost. Also since that installation both my husband and I have been disabled to the point we could not reach the furnace filter to clean it, further decreasing the furnace's efficiency and putting a big load on the furnace motor. Chris moved the filter down the wall so we can now reach it - excellent solution that works well. Because that left a hole where the old filter was, plus the missing picture rail piece, Chris sent us someone to repair that wall and repaint. That fellow was very good. He did an excellent job of repairing the wall. You cannot tell there was ever a hole there or break in the molding. He was also prompt and responsive. We liked all these people. They were responsive, fine mechanics and good problem solvers. We are quite happy with all the results. We would recommend them to anybody. This project saved us a lot of money in our gas bill besides. We were very slow getting this review done. We had a series of overwhelming life events go on before I was able to get back to this. It is no reflection on this business. They were great. They did a good job. They were prompt, frank and helpful. They gave us solutions to some difficult questions.

The services purchased were what was provided. I would have liked the tune-up to be a bit more thorough, however, I guess you get what you pay for. There were no filters provided and I actually had to re-vacuum the air intake on the furnace after the technician left.

I was not home at the time of the service. Bought home recently and found great advertisement from Angie's list for this provider. Provider was very friendly and courteous on the phone and scheduled service in a very reasonable time frame. Daughter was home at time of service and therefore it is difficult to provide accurate feedback as to level of service. Really appreciate the prompt service provided.
