Both technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel like they had-to-be-in-and-out-in-a-hurry, but stayed and answered my questions. They both showed up as scheduled. I do not know how competitive their prices are because of promotional pricing. So, of course the prices were very good. After two times, I feel like I can trust them. I will call them again when needed.

Initial confusion with provider as to whether or not they serviced my area. First they said no, then they said yes. Great service. They did put their large company sticker on the a/c unit and furnace.

They came out on time for a tune up on my heat pump and took care of it at the price they had quoted. Really pleased . Will be calling them again in the future.

The contractor was on time and friendly and the work was done in a very smooth and professional manner. After the contractor took out my old furnace he was able to show me first hand the crack I was shown on the camera and even another crack they hadn't detected with the camera. I am grateful they found it before it did any harm to me or my pets. They did a very professional job and cleaned up very nicely before leaving.

After completed the above, person left. Shortly that same day, we had the same problem with the pilot light not staying light. Previously figured that if the cleaning did not work, he would have to replace a part. He would make sure the part was ordered just in case. When notified, the worked out a schedule and came to fix it. Put in a new heating sensor for the pilot light to ensure it was working. This was at a cost of $169. Please keep in mind I had pre purchased "Diagnostic call-free with repair" This was for the first visit. Left and things seemed to work until the evening when the pilot light went out again. Called and they came right out. Left an estimate for $613 to replace the Pilot and New Gas valve. Furnace was manufactured in 1977 therefore it was due to the age per the worker. I do not understand why the pilot and gas valve could not be replaced without replacing the entire furnace. Lastly, 1 had spent $29 + 169 and the issue did not get fixed.

Since moving to Salem I've been using the same company for my HVAC needs. When my heat pump failed recently I called them and was jerked around for a week before giving up and checking Angie's List for another option. After reading the reviews on Aire Serv I gave them a call and they sent a representative out the next evening, a Saturday. After discussing the various options I made my decision and placed a work order. I knew it might take a while since we were in the middle of the worst cold snap in years but I got a call shortly thereafter asking if it would be OK if they installed it on Monday since they had a cancellation. The installer showed up right on time and promptly got to work. As happens with any job of this type, there were a couple of hiccups but they were all handled in a timely and efficient manner. Chris, the owner, showed up to help put the finishing touches on the job and to make sure all my questions were answered. It was getting dark by the time the new heat pump was up and running so Chris told me that he would send someone back to finish up a few things that weren't included in the original bid but Chris wanted to do in order to give me a more professional job. A couple of days later there was a minor issue which turned out to be a slight overcharge in the system and my call was answered promptly and the issue was cleared up in short order. At that time I discovered that the promised detail work had been completed already. I had been away from home running errands and hadn't checked because I wasn't expecting anyone that quickly. In all, four representatives of the company worked on my system at one time or another and each one was prompt, efficient, polite, knowledgeable and professional. It always hurts a bit to have to spend that much money right before Christmas but the people at Aire Serv made it just a little less painful.

Tremendous cleanliness and attention to detail. Very professional. Completely explained what was going to happen, the steps and phases, and the length of time. They brought in a big machine to do the vents, but explained how it would come in on a floor covering and would then be taken apart to take to the 2nd level. Extremely thorough. Very polite. Timely, courteous and direct. They more than delievered what they said they would.

I'm very pleased with the work. Also Aire Serv is offering a 5yr warranty on the parts they installed and a 12 month reinvestment option (cost of repairs toward replacement system). Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome and so happy Aire Serv was listed on Angie's List. I would not have known of them or their great reviews otherwise. Also I must say the office assistants were very nice on the phone, both Kyndra and Nancy.

Both interactions were positive. Both technicians were punctual, polite and performed all repair and service as requested. Jerime H. who performed the duct cleaning was particularly helpful. I will definitely make them my first call for all of my heating and air conditioning needs in the future.

It went really well. They charged me for a replacement filter aside from the "Big Deal".

The experience was very good. There were additional fees beyond the cost of the deal, but only because I had additional work done. The guy who came out was right on time and was great. He cleaned up well after the job was complete.

Within 20 minutes, Chris the owner of Aire-Serv called us back and said he would be personally be out Sunday morning to give us back our heat. Chris immediately got to work and checked out the roof vent, the drain system and came up with a solution to permanently repair the situation. By 11:00 am we had heat and no more worries. Chris and his company are real professionals and we would recommend them to any Angies list member as being professional, punctual, and reliable! They are simply the best at what they do.

They not only did an excellent job cleaning all our duct work but they also discovered some of the older duct work was not properly fastened to floor and was allowing leakage from outside air. They quoted a very reasonable price for repairs and did them immediately. I can already tell a difference because a previous draft has disappeared. I would use this company again and I recommend them.

We are very happy with their service. Technician called 30 minutes before showing. He arrived on time. He has answered all my questions and concerns. He appears to be very professional (uniform, name tag, communication...). He has spent 4.5 hours non stop. Very good work. I will recommend to everyone for the service provided from this company.

Friendly, knowledgable, punctual and good value

They never contacted me by phone to setup the service call. I had to call them a month after purchasing the service. Once contacted they apologized and scheduled my appointment promptly. Very pleased with the thorough duct cleaning and sanitizing service. He was very accommodating of my animals restroom breaks as well. Discovered an issue with my furnace filtration and immediately provided a resolution.

Very well. thorough, complete, professional and courteous! Aire Serve was professional from start to finish. They over delivered and exceeded my expectations and put all the other duct cleaning companies to shame! MY initial contact was pleasant and honest and the techinician was professional and educated. I had been suffering from allergies and chronic sinus issues. MY symptoms have been relieved and my house is clean. The air quality is incredible. My house is 60 years old and had never had the ducts cleaned. It was a dirty job and they took care of it. It was not easy and not pleasant, but they hung in there to the end and comleted the job!! I cannot say enough good things about Aire Serve!!!

I would say this was not worth the price. Came unprepared to vacuum area of gas fireplace - needed to use my vacuum. Cleaned inside and out of fireplace - tested gas line areas, I was told. I could have accomplished this for less and testing seemed unnecessary. They were great when I called and inquired, as my pilot light has gone out. They told me NW Natural will ignite at no charge. I was further told they would arrive at 8am - I have ended up missing my entire morning of work as he showed up at 10am. I was confirmed at 8am till 10am not at 10. I would have gone to work and returned had I been properly informed. I am thankful for this business, I think, but not likely to refer.

excellent. Took time to explain to me how the furnace worked. changed the filter. even put on shoe covers every time he came into my house. cleaned up all his mess.

Gave a "B" for responsiveness because the tech said that he would have the owner call me about removal of an old heating oil tank in the basement and I never received a call. Overall a good experience. Would use them again.

We honestly couldn't have asked for more from this company. We were so thankful and grateful to them, specifically Michael who came out on a Saturday at no charge to us. After scheduling a routine annual maintenance inspection by another company, their technician proceeded to disassemble our furnace and inform us that there were multiple problems with it. We were told he could not put it back together and that we would have to purchase a new furnace. We had no heat and I babysit an infant and toddler 5 days a week. This technician immediately went to work trying to sell us one of the furnaces that they had on sale. We were shocked to hear that there were so many problems with this seven year old furnace. I spoke with my son who informed me that his neighbors had used this company and had problems as well and that I should get another opinion. This is when I called AiresServ. From the moment the receptionist answered the phone (Kyndra) I felt as though I would be in good hands. She made sure that someone would be out to look at our furnace and make an honest determination. She had Michael, the technician, come out the next morning which was a Saturday. She told me there would be no charge to diagnose our furnace. Michael arrived at 11:00 and went straight to work. He was as shocked as we were that someone would tell us that there was something wrong with our furnace and that they wouldn't put it back together. He did a full inspection including a video and determined there was nothing wrong. He put the furnace back together and tested it. We are just so impressed with this company that I wish there was a better rating than "A" because they deserve it!!!! My husband and I are seniors and the biggest selling feature for is is TRUST. AireServ has definitely earned our trust.

Jeremy arrived at the scheduled time, he was professional and courteous and he did an excellent job. We were having the ducts cleaned after a major remodel and it was a big job. He even went above and beyond the standard that I would expect and I would recommend their services to anyone who is interested.

Went very well, as I first time homeowner, Michael explained my system to me. He alos informed mem if I decided to install air conditioning, my house was already set up for it. He also explained how to program my heating system, to get the best use out of it. I advised him that I would use the company again next year to have the system checked again.
