The service provider conducted all 3 tasks into one service call which was good. The technician they sent out (I think David...) was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, and very helpful. The work was exceptional, I would definitely hire again.

Overall, it went OK. They seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I also had them refill my heat pump with coolant. They put a dye into the unit to trace the leak, but they've yet to call me to schedule the second visit.

Technician arrived on time, performed a variety of tests, shared knowledge of the system, etc. Very professional from start to finish.

It turned out great. We purchased a service agreement with them as we liked what they did. Scheduling was great and we were able to make an appointment within a week. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and did a good explaining things to us.

I was outside of the Provider service area. Refund. Angies List does not seem to have an option for a review like this where the service was refunded. Doing this to get rid of the constant reminders.

Best deal I've gotten on Angie's List! I had just moved into a new house and needed to see if the air conditioner and furnace were running properly. I bought the $29 deal and Aire Serv scheduled the job for a few days later. Jerime, a nice young man, arrived on the day and time scheduled. He checked my systems, explained how they ran, gave me the dates they were manufactured and showed me how to program my thermostat (which I had had no clue how to do). He also pulled the cover off the unit and looked inside to get the model so I could download the instruction booklet off of the internet later. I was impressed by his knowledge and professional attitude. I will definitely use this company when I need the units serviced.

They showed up on time and took care working on the project and explaining what they were doing and what to be aware of later down the road. For example, being sure to change out the furnace filter now that the cleaning was complete.

On site on time. Did what they promised, for the price they gave me. Installer was friendly, professional, and courteous. No attempts to upsell/cross-sell.

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased the '24-Point Air-Conditioning Tune-Up' from Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning, which was offered as the Big Deal for $49. I received a message from them following my purchase requesting a phone number which they could call in order to schedule the service. I responded providing three numbers: my cell, my wife's cell, and our house/message number. To date however, we have not received any call, so I posted a message to them yesterday (via the Angie's List website) asking for a call and politely informing them that I would be taking this action if I still had not received any further contact from them, which I have not as of this request.

They guy was very nice. They were on time. I would hire them again. I really liked them. They explained everything so I could understand it, that was very nice.

I order the deal and set up the inspection appointment within 2 days. The day of the appointment the person that was suppose to come had gotten into a car accident so we rescheduled for the next day. When he came, he told me the deal was for a removal and install of a new system. I told him the house was brand new and the A/C is plumbed, so I don't have one for you to remove only install the units. The quote he gave me was about $100.00 cheaper than the special so I asked if there is something that can be added to offset the difference. He got back to me and told me his manager said they could add surge suppressors to the heating and A/C units. On the following Monday he called and said that the installation appointment was verified with his office for that Thursday. The inspector had told me to plan for 5 hours for the installation. I talked with my boss and had to take a vacation day to miss that amount of time. On the Wednesday before the installation at 12:30 pm I got a call from the inspector, who said that the deal I purchased was not authorized and I would have to pay the difference between the deal and the quote. I told him I was at lunch and would have to call him back. By the time I got back to my office, I received an e-mail from him that they would cover the deal but I would have to pay the $95.00 for the pad. I said I would pay but if he did the inspection why was that not in the quote in the first place. At 3:00 pm, same day, I received a call from the scheduling person who said she did not know why the inspector told me they could do the install on Thursday because no one was available. The date she gave me was 2.5 weeks out and said that if I went with another company it would take that long if not longer and that they were honoring a deal that Angie's list told them not to honor because it was not an authorized deal. I told her to scheduled it. I talk with Angie's list and cancelled the deal. 1. did not include the requirement for the pad during the inspection. 2. inspection was only $100.00 cheaper than the deal when they would not have to remove the old system from my house. Where is the reduction of man hours to remove the old system (electrician, workers to carry the system, plus the fee for getting rid of the old system). 3. changing schedules at the last minute when other workers from that company said the appointment was verified. 4. trying to make me feel as if they are doing me a favor for honor a deal that was up on the website, like it is my fault. 5. Miss-communication between workers of the same company, or at the least workers guarantee something they are not allowed to guarantee.

I needed repair of window air conditioner and was told after purchase that company does not do work on this type of unit.

Our heat pump stopped working. We thought we probably just need more coolant added. We called Aire Serv and they came out, on our schedule, to do an inspection and fix the heat pump. Chris, the owner, did an inspection and found a broken part. They told us it would be about a week to get the part and they would schedule us for the repair. 3 business days later they received the part and dame out same day to get our air conditioning running. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. It was anticipated it may take up to 4 hours to do the repair. He was done in about 3 hours. We will contact Aire Serv in the future for maintenance and repairs. We are planning to call to schedule a furnace inspection in the fall. Highly recommend this company.

The install went well, then Kyndra kept asking for payment since the job was completed. Yes, it was done, but was not inspected yet, we kept telling her we will pay the balance after the final inspection. Because if it fails inspection, whats the incentive to come fix the issue then! So she bothered us for 1 week for the balance, and we kept telling her we are waiting for the final to be completed. We paid the balance within 1 hr of the final inspection.

That turned out just fine. One technician came out and it took them about 45 minutes. The AC was not working before they came out, but now it is working just fine!

No issues, airconditioner was fine. Apt was from 2-5 I didn't even get a call till 6:30, and they showed up just before 8. Irate after taking time off for them not to show.

They're professional. We really the technician that came out. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He's very thorough. It's a really good deal. We will use them again for the next service.

It was wonderful. They were very thorough, very prompt and very nice. They were very attentive to detail and he was very careful coming into my house and checking my house. They were very clean and neat.

Everything went great. Arrived with a business card, company vehicle and uniform. The machine used is portable and is brought into the home. The technician wore booties in the home and placed a door mat at the front door. The service took about three hours. Willing to answer any and all questions regarding the work being done.

This turned out just fine! It was a routine service and there was nothing with the AC that he had to repair. The technician was very nice and polite. He took his shoes off when he came in the house.

Very hardworking service man and very knowledgable. He found significant items and resolved them that morning.

I purchased an Angie's List special deal to have my a/c unit checked and cleaned. We are the second owners of a 17 year old home with the original a/c unit. We were made aware of a part that was at the end of it's life before a major repair was necessary, whew! I was also able to get a new filtration system done which has bothered me since we moved in. I never even knew you could fix that and it was relatively inexpensive but will save money in the long run. I'm extremely satisfied with Chad, my service technician. He was very knowledgable and professional. He even ran to get a filter so I didn't have to make another appointment. That's what I call great customer service. Thank you so much Aire Serv and Chad for going above and beyond!

It went all right. It was average; there was nothing exceptional and nothing wrong.
