It was good. They were on time for the appointment. They were professional and courteous. They try and convince you that you need more work done so that you will then spend more, not necessarily right or wrong. I'm sure that there are some things that could be looked after and done but definitely wanting to push more bigger service items to come back to, which is fine.

The service with Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning was okay. The technician that came made sure to clean up after himself and was on time. However, I had to call them after I purchased the deal because they hadn't contacted me within 48 hour time-frame that I was told they would. I would use them again if I had other estimates done and they had the best offer.

The technician was great but the company only sells package deals which were expensive.

I did not hear from them after I purchased the deal, so I contacted Angie's list. They eventually called me and said they did not have an opening for a couple of months. I am just requesting refund on this deal, I do not want to wait that long.

Courteous, knowledgeable, patient serviceman. Thorough inspection of furnace with clear explanations of operation and condition of components. Excellent recommendations based on factual information.

They don't provide the service from Angie's List deal on Saturday even though they do operate on Saturdays and unfortunately I only have availability on Saturday. They also can't come out until mid January. I've already purchased another A.L. deal from a different provider who can come out sooner on a Saturday. Thank you!

Their salesman was very knowledgeable. He came in, scoped it out, figured out what we needed, and put it all together. He was able to print the estimate out right there on the spot for us. Then we were able to go ahead with the plan and they were good about scheduling. They showed up when they said they were going to and did a good job on the installing. The only problem is one of the returns that they put into the ceiling fell off, so that’s got to be repaired, but they will take care of that. Otherwise, the system works great and the people were really friendly. They did a little bit more and then they should in terms of patching up the holes in the walls where they took out the existing base board, heaters, and monitor switches. They are also sheetrocking the drywall. They also gave us an Angie's List discount.

They couldn't service the brand of gas heater we have, so we need a refund.

Fantastic. This visit just reassured me that Aire Serv will get all our business going forward. This is the third time we've had them out to the house. The first two times were for our AC last summer and we noticed when the temps dropped a few weeks ago our gas furnace wasn't keeping consistently on. We cleaned the filters thinking that could be an issue but it kept acting funny. When the tech arrived he wasn't sure what the issue could be so he started digging and found that our two part furnace wasn't able to do the second part of the heating (I don't know the technical words for this) but it was overheating and shutting off. He researched and found out our furnace was still under warranty, went out to get the part, came back and installed the new control panel. It was around 4hrs total but now its fixed! If we hadn't been under warranty he said it would have been over $500 for the part alone. So happy he knew our furnace wasn't that old and gave us the best deal he could. Fab!

The phone contact (Tony) was very rude and argumentative when trying to schedule the appt. The house had no heat, and the temperature outside was below freezing, and we had to wait almost a week for the appt. The technician Joel is awesome, but in the middle of the appt. he was called away. He said he would be back the next day, but was unable to keep the appt to finish the repair, but the the office didn't notify the tenant so they waited all day for the repair. The tenant called and was told the tech would be there the next day. Of course he didn't show again, and again the tenant never received a call. The tenant was told by Tony (quite rudely) that she didn't know when the technician could get there.

They didn't tell me how much the labor rate per hour was. They were going to charge 300 dollars per hour and the average rate is $130 / hour. That is the industry standard in my area.

The Heat Pump worked for about a month and a 1/2 and then it started to howl and it stop blowing cold air. The how Is still their even when it is in Heat mod. We at this point do not know what to do about it , I would have thought a good company would have;followed up with a call back to see how things were going. I also had a coupon from Angie List for 49.00 dollars they did not apply. Now after all that money we are going to have to find another company to Deal with.. I would not recommend this company because of lack of follow through.

technician was on time, courteous and cleaned up after himself.

he cleaned all registers, and vacuumed all air ducts and returns, was suppose to,put sanitizer in the vents, when I inquired he claimed he did, but I didn't see any bottle of liquid or spray and never smelled anything in the vents when the fan was turned on. I went behind him I noticd that he did not clean up after himself, I had to sweep debris off my floors and carpet that he did not vacuum up. He didn't seem too experienced, maybe a employee. When going outside to clean dryer vent, I had to tell and show him which vent was for the dryer.

Well. Only issue was that tech didn't know how the interior thermostat worked...

Technician Chad was very thorough in his inspection and tuneup of my A/C system. He also made a recommendation of a more effective filter system, which I sppreciated because of allergies. He was very courteous and good about answering my questions. Subsequently, after receiving additional questions from the office, I hired them to install the better filter system. It resulted in much more work, parts and time involved; however, I wasn't charged anything beyond the original quote. I subsequently bought a Silver service agreement, which provides me with a discount and covered the furnace tuneup I had done, as well as next Spring's A/C tuneup. Their service was a small but more than what I had been paying another company; however, I think I sure got my money's worth. I hope I can count on Aire Serve for years to come. I would add that Chad was also very diligent about not making a mess when he came in my house, which I appreciated. The only negative I would add is that they need a new answering service; the one they had took horribly long in answering calls, with long waits on hold.

The service went fine. My wife primarily dealt with the technician who came out. They did exactly what the deal stated and there no issues with the service. We had no problem scheduling the deal.

As describe above, it all went very smoothly. The repair person was very easy to work with because he listened and understood my description on what had occurred just before the AC unit had failed. He warned me the the part that needed replacement was expensive so the cost was no surprise. I will use this company in the future.

He was very thorough, he liked to explain how to keep these appliances in great working order, tips that are helpful. He did not mind having me present during his service. He cleaned up very well after himself, was courteous and professional. I would have him return again.
