the tech report indicated the ac compressor was not in good condition but did not verbally mention it while onsite, would have been good to get a estimate. tech mentioned that the filter should be changed, it is an odd size and was unable to suggest where to find new filters or that the office may be able to follow up. left the valve caps off the service ports, one was lost so stopped at their office and was unable to acquire cap, left name and phone number and have not heard from them, had to acquire another at auto parts store. it would seem that the service manager would follow up to see if any additional services are required or to upsell new equipment. will not purchase another service

I purchased the Angie's list special. Service man came and spent quite a bit of time looking at the air conditioner and furnace. He showed me things that needed to be cleaned, and pointed out some possible problems in the future. Since both units are over 20 years old, I decided not to do any of the maintenance repairs as both may not last much longer. If one or both stop working, I'd definitely call this company to give me a bid. Very pleasant and not pushy at all. Just explained the facts and let me make a decision. .

The Aire Serv team helped me understand the issues and costs involved in a repair of the 8 year old equipment. They gave us the options / savings available with newer more efficient systems. After we looked at the choices we decided the best path for us was to replace the system rather than try to repair our 2007 unit. What I liked most was the no nonsense straight forward answers I received from the several team members who showed up to help. It was clear they work as a team. When it is a simple service call you see guy with service experience. But if like us the issues are complex, these guys are not afraid to call for help rather than guess and complicate the problem by creating new problems. Compounding the issue for them the area temps hit the 90's and the Aire Serv staff were being called out to help solve cooling issues and extended hour work days working to keep the homes in their service area cool. The guys who came to our home were focused to help us solve our problem and return our home to a cool oasis from the unusual weather. The Aire Serv team showed up when expected and worked overtime to get our system installed. During this time, we received a call from the owner checking in on his team, making sure they were responsive to our needs. Aire Serv is a professional organization. I highly recommend them to help you with your heating and cooling needs.

all seemed to be ok except that he did not re-fasten to the ceiling the ring holding up the furnace pipe (vent?)

All went well. They were very responsive to our concerns over the hottest weekend this year to date without a/c.

I was very impressed with this service provider and representative. He was punctual, professional in action and appearance, and did a very thorough tune up on both the heat pump and the inside circulator. He also checked all the registers for proper air flow and temperature evenness. This is the first time I feel confident that the system is in good condition and properly maintained since it was installed a year and a half ago.

Technician Trevor was punctual and thorough in the examination of the furnace. He discovered a suspected cr ack in the heat conductor and called a second technician (Jerime) to verify. It was indeed a crack (several). The furnace needed replacement. They offered me a very fair price and timely installation however I was not able to take advantage of their offer because of a home warranty package for this home. I had to call the home warranty insurance and have them inspect (which they did and confirmed the crack). Home warranty insurance is installing the furnace at their cost, so I was not able to use Aire Serv. I will, however, always highly recommend them and would use them my self for maintenance inspection.

Installed an AC and heat pump. Quit working during summer within a year of install. Had it serviced and charged got everything working again.

Dean made contact with us about two days before our scheduled appointment even though it was a weekend. We didn't expect to have anyone come out as quickly. He ran several checks on the system and determined that we had a compressor problem that couldn't be fixed right away. Dean's response time and diagnostics were excellent.

They were great! Came out the day after I called. Checked the whole system, explained everything and changed one fuse. Awesome service!

The cleaning was fine, but when we discovered we needed a new furnace, their quote was costly, so we went with someone else. They did come back to finish the cleaning free of charge, though.

i was really impressed with this company. I called to get someone out to bid on adding central AC to my house, as well as a ductless heat pump in a converted attic room that had no vents. The guy who usually does bids wasn't available at the times I had open, so Chris (the owner) offered to personally come out and bid the job. Impressive service right off the bat. I got a number of bids for this job, all from vendors with good reviews on Angie's List, but Chris was by far the most thorough. He took measurements of windows and room sizes all throughout the house and calculated exactly what equipment I would need based on the efficiency of my home. He tested the existing system with me to make sure I had enough airflow on the fan to effectively cool the upstairs. He explained the different options well, and educated me about the dynamics of my ventilation system. Way above and beyond any other contractor I've had out. Chris gave me a very fair bid, which included all the electrical work and everything I would need. There were options he could have presented, but he said I didn't need after inspecting my house - like blowers in the vents, or additional wall units upstairs. He had an impressive list of guarantees and standards, and ensured me he would personally be involved and available throughout the job. This is obviously a veteran company with a very high level of experience and professionalism - I felt like I would be in good hands. Chris has been doing this for a long time and it's obvious he really knows the science and mechanics involved in this work.

He was prompt, courteous and very thorough. He explained what he was looking for as he checked everything out and told me what to look for if I had any problems in the future.

They serviced and inspected our furnace and heat pump. Both units are old and have issues, which we were already aware of. The rep discussed a number of options, including switching from electric to gas furnace, heat pump vs air conditioning, solar panels, continuing to service current system, etc. He seemed very trustworthy. We will do more research on these issues and will probably call them for further consultation and a bid.

The furnace, a/c, and water heater were 19 years old and starting to have issues. The Aire Serv team was great at explaining options and answering all my questions. They were very helpful and professional. I appreciate the excellent work by Chad and Trevor.

The technician was thorough, professional and polite. He took his time and checked everything carefully. If this company was dishonest, he could have tried to sell me on some needless repairs, but he gave my system a clean bill of health. I feel a good an excellent deal.

They did a nice job. They came in and did their job, got it done and moved on. They were proficient and professional.

I purchased a coupon. They did come out and checked and the guy told me I had something frozen coil or something that's why it wasn't working but that wasn't true because I had a second opinion done and they ended up fixing it and that was just service fee.I remembered I purchased that for them to come out and do a tune up and find out why it wasn't cooling the right way or something and they said I had something that I didn't so I didn't have them fix it and I had a second opinion. Again, when a technician looks at something different, for sure the air condition has been working since then. I haven't had any problem and they said I had something that I didn't have. Actually, they came out and did the service. They came out on time. He was on time.

They came out quickly and the tech was professional and pleasant. He knew what he was doing and he explained everything clearly so a layperson could understand.

I ordered this promotional package off of Angie's List. The office promptly contacted me to schedule an appointment. I was contacted again a day before the service to confirm my appointment. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived on time and showed his identification. He inspected the work site and proceeded right to the job. I thought I had my duct work cleaned before but, never like this! The technician took pictures of the ducts before, during and after each vent was cleaned. He also cleaned the return and then sent through a sanitizing agent to finish the job. He was great! I could really tell the difference in my air quality after the service. The don't just send a vacuum down the duct work, they send a fluffy rotating brush that literally scrubs the duct work. What a difference! I only had one problem that happened. It happened to be raining heavily on the day of my service. Needless to say, the equipment left marks on my carpet. The owner was very apologetic and offered to send someone out to clean my carpets . I opted to use my regular carpet cleaner, Zerorez, to do the cleaning. Air Serv picked up the tab. Overall, I would rate this company at the top of my list and would not hesitate to use them again. Their honesty, integrity and follow-up was terrific. Thank you Air Serv!

They are a great company. They listen to the customers and explain things. If something isn't right, they correct it. If you do not like the product they change it. The salesmen & installers are great. The price was good.
