It went Great! Doug was professional and attentive. He helped me get fully acquainted with my new homes furnace and heating/cooling system so I can be responsive to care and services needed. Looking forward to the spring AC check up and service with Aire Serv and Doug!

Serviceman was efficient, friendly, and professional, not to mention inexpensive. He also removed some trash that another serviceman failed to take because his "truck was full." Certainly above and beyond my expectations. We will be using them for all future needs. Highly recommend.

Service from Aire Serv of Silverton, OR and Doug F. (the technician) was excellent beyond expectations. Service was performed on October 15th for a heat pump installed in a 2001 manufactured home that we had recently moved into. The equipment looked to have been neglected for awhile. Interaction with the office was pleasant The technician arrived on time and called first as requested. He was very professional and respectful of our property, taking care to not track in mud from our ongoing stormy weather. Doug did a thorough job of inspection and cleaning the equipment inside and outside. He willingly answered all our questions. He noted that a part had been slowly wearing out but that it could be taken care of next spring which I appreciated. It is certain that we will be calling for future return service. Thank you. Misdiagnosed, so waste of money. Tech blamed breaker, and he Referred me to electrician. That was not it, it was AC unit. Had to call electrician who identified problem within unit, so then I had to call a 2nd AC repair tech. {I could tell it wasn't breaker because we were able to trip the breaker when he was checking it. ]

The actual appointment went great and the contractor was wonderful. Our issues had to do with schedule and response. According to Angie's list the contractor would call us. They didn't. So I contacted them via their Angies list posted e-mail. It bounced. Finally called them, twice, and a long last got our appointment ... nearly a month after we had first requested. So good technical service, not so good customer service.

Horrible. Installers were amateurs who needed to keep making phone calls to ask how to do their job. They refused to fill holes or route lines where I asked they be routed. They left messes of dry wall. They did not have a permit when they showed up and the tech told me that is not his problem and he did not have all day to wait for a permit and left before I was off the phone with his office. The tech told me that if I don't show him where it says to do something in the contract, such as patch a hole he drilled he would not do it. They did not show up several times. The job took over two months to finish and I have had to have two service calls to fix leaks and poor work. They also offered a slight discount on price if I would go to this site and two others and give them a high review...truly bad experience...never again.

They originally gave us a 2 hour window. They were there within the first hour. Someone from the office called and let us know when the tech was about 15 minutes from arriving. That was nice! Tech performed services and was knowledgeable with recommendations and suggestions. He even seemed to go out of his way when we asked questions about other areas. Will use them again in the future.

The new furnace was installed without a hitch. Air Serve is the company I will use again.

I was extremely impressed with the service man's knowledge. He spent well over an hour and half checking everything and informed me of any future problems that I might have. There were no problems with my units but I wanted everything checked just to make sure.

NEVER CAME OUT, NEVER CALLED ME, THEIR EMAIL DOES NOT WORK. I purchased a $39 for a 50-point HVAC tune-up (includes furnace and A/C)... 4 days ago.. they never contacted me and when i emailed them, their email is not functional. :(

As usual it went great, arrived on time, very neat and wore booties while in house. Jerime Harrington was our service specialist, Jerime is a very pleasant and easy going, he does his work in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable about his job.

It all went well. We came home from a vacation to find our 24 year old furnace had conked out during a very cold snap in December. Aire Serv sent someone out the next day who gave us all the options available. Salesman was professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with electric heaters to bring our house up from 40 degrees to our comfort zone of 67 degrees in bedroom, kitchen and family room for the weekend until the installers could come. The installers were polite, professional and punctual so that we were up and running the new high efficiency furnace the same day. Business office was helpful in providing the documents and information needed for the energy rebate. Love my new smart thermostat.

A representative from Aire Serv came out in April to bid on the addition of a heat pump in our home. My husband took time off work to meet with Allie from Aire Serv. She seemed very knowledgeable and we looked forward to receiving the bid. After the initial meeting we received no contact from Aire Serv, no email, no phone message, no quote in the mail. I contacted them a number of weeks later and spoke to Manny who could see in their system that Allie had come to our home. He stated he would let Allie know that we would like to receive our bid and that he would have her contact us ( I left my work phone number). We did not hear from Allie, nor anyone else from Aire Serv. Because Aire Serv is so highly rated on Angies list, i thought maybe i would contact the branch in Silverton, rather than Salem, thinking it might possibly be under different ownership. It is not. I spoke to another person and explained that we had not received a bid. I was not impressed with the handling of my call; She seemed disinterested and gave no apology for the lack of response. Given the lack of customer service, I would recommend that prospective customers look elsewhere for HVAC services.

Jerime did a phenomenal job. Great communication from the get-go and was very thorough. Will definitely use Aire Serv again and will be requesting Jerime.

Install went great. Great team, very professional and friendly during the install. I had an issue after the County Inspector came out to finalize the permit. Aire Serve did not get a electrical permit, just the mechanical. Was not a big deal but took over month for Aire Serve to get it all worked out and for me to get the final inspection completed. There were lots of excuses about the county delaying them. When I called to talk to the manager about it, I got to talk to the salesman again instead of the manager. When I called for some warranty work later, they were Johnny on the spot and did a great job.
