Like another reviewer, even though I gave the 3 preferred appt. times, Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning, Silverton, OR, never followed up. Unfortunate. Makes me wonder about the other 'specials' available with this provider. #oncebittentwiceshy

No one ever got back to me. So nothing was done.

The HVAC company never responded. I called them and they told me they do not service my area and should get a refund from Angie's list. However sending an email with a request for a refund to al4.0billing@members.angieslist.com (obtained via Paypal) was completely ignored. I finally approached Paypal to get the payment revered. Worst experience ever! At best I give Angie's list an F rating for accepting money but not taking responsibility in case something fails. Meindert Kleefstra

Brett came to perform a tune-up on my furnace and was super friendly, respectful of the space, and informative. He was patient with my questions and took the time to explain things to me. He was extremely thorough and I will definitely hire Aire Serv for future work!

Arrived on time. Did checkup. No problems.

Did not use , this work was not able to be performed in my time frame and I cancelled the job.

Very professional, great discount and a high efficiency furnace at the same price another company was trying to sell a lesser quality furnace for.

Excellent work and product communication could improve. No call to verify install date and time until they showed up. Very polite and curteous techs that did an amazing job. Consultant listened well to my needs provided good option and answered questions thoroughly.

We were never contacted by Aire Serv. Called them about a month ago and spoke with a receptionist who took my information and said someone would get back to me. Has not happened.

great. He even noticed my clogged bathroom drain and worked on that- very helpful and personable, friendly. Went the EXTRA m ile!

Experience was awesome - Jamie came out, cleaned it, replaced the filters and was in and out. No pressure to do weird fixes or unforeseen issues.....up front, efficient and great experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for heating/cooling needs...

Excellent service, they ordered the furnace and had it installed in a few days. Also had air duct cleaning done. That seemed expensive compared to the amount of time it took to clean the ducts.

Technician was quick, courteous, and efficient.

To top it all off, it was a holiday and we were thinking it might be a long cold night. Thank God for these guys! In and out in 15 minutes with the house on its way to cozy again. Thanks!

I've tried to contact the company three times to schedule the service. They have not returned my calls. I am requesting a refund.

I pre paid for the service and sent them 3 dates I was available. There was no response. I emailed them twice and I called twice and left messages as well.I received no response at all. I have asked my credit card to reverse the payment.

It went great. Dale talked me through my options and the experience was very satisfactory. I decided on a Lennox model. Zack, Nathanial, and Jamie came out right on time. The installation was seamless. From the initial call to the final product being delivered and installed, everything went great. They were a great team and it was obvious they really new what they were doing. The original tech, Doug I believe, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. From my experience I would highly recommend them.

I purchased one of the angies list coupons for a furnace and air conditioning unit check up and cleaning. It went well. The technician was very kind and gave me some pointers on the furnace filters and also how much longer our air conditioning unit will last. His pro tip - ditch the reuseable furnace filters for paper as they're better.

Overall the service was outstanding. The Aire Serv "A Team" went above and beyond, taking time out of their busy schedules I called Aire Serv on Saturday morning to inquire about replacing our aging heat pump. I had a response back within minutes from the Sr Service Technician. He asked all the right questions and sought information from me in order to provide the best options / solution within my budget and timeframe. By mid-morning we had decided on a unit and secured financing for the work. He came by on Saturday afternoon to sign paper work and schedule the service for the next day. Sunday morning the crew arrived on time and promptly began the work. Their professionalism, friendly attitude and focus on detail was apparent from the get-go. Thanks Jamie, Zach and Nate! By mid-day the old unit had been swapped out, new unit in place, everything tested and working. I would definitely rate Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning (CCB 188791) high and recommend them in the future.
