Excellent. Great communication with the office. The technician was wonderful - explained what he was doing, easy to talk with, very thorough. Also good follow up response after the appointment (I had a couple of questions that I sent via email and received a response.)

The service tech was extremely efficient and honest! There was a bee stuck in a vacuum line. He performed regular maintenance since he was there. Everything else checked out ok. I was so impressed that I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. GREAT JOB!

Took a while to work through the backlog, and appointment had to get rescheduled once, but when technician came he was pleasant and professional.

I guess it went alright, he did what he was suppose to do but he also told me I needed $600 worth of work done on the furnace and I should probably look into a new furnace. Its only 7-8 years old. Unfortunately, I had a guy from a natural gas company who was looking at something else, I asked him to look at furnace and he said my furnace was fine. So i felt like he was trying to bamboozle me. He did what he was suppose to do, a check and clean up which he did.

It was great. My wife said they did a good job and that he answered all of her questions. The pricing was great and it was a really good deal. He gave us information on how to get cheaper filters.

It went great. They did a tune up.

Discovered discharge pump was not working - was replaced

Technician had to rearrange his schedule in order to fit me in. He did so and came on them and performed the required tests with utmost professionalism and courtesy.

Jared (I think that was his name) was very nice and explained what the job entailed. He also said if I had pets that I need to keep an eye on them because the garage door would be open as well as the door to the garage would be wide open. He called prior to his arrival to let me know that he was running a little behind so I appreciated that. He cleaned out all the air ducts and he also cleaned two bathroom fans. He was very professional and efficient.

The technician Brett did an incredibly thorough job checking the flow and temperature of input and output, then cleaning and adjusting furnace for maximum efficiency and performance. My furnace was originally installed in 1998 and it sounds like it's still doing just fine. I will hire them again for next year's maintenance. I was given an 8-10am arrival window and they called to confirm the appt. the night before and called again at about 945am to let me know that the arrival time would be closer to 1030am which is just what it was. Brett worked on the tune-up until about 1140 so I certainly feel like this was a thorough inspection and adjustment. Scheduling was easy (I called them even though The Deal says they'll call you - doesn't always seem to work that way so easier just for me to call when I know my time-frame for booking). It was also a crazy time for them with the big Portland snowing/icing/freezing events piling up right about the time I bought The Deal.

It went really well. They scheduled it in the morning and came in the afternoon. They fixed the problem. They did not try to oversell which was awesome. They weren't initially responsive but once we connected, they took care of it literally within 12 hours. They arrived on time.

Each time they have done an outstanding job, very thorough, very knowledgeable technicians and we are very happy with all aspects of this excellent company.

Very well. I opened the door to Jamie covering his shoes, preparing to come into the house. Love that he planned ahead to avoid tracking wet leaves, etc into the house. I have recently had several contractors & vendors and most had to be asked to cover or remove their shoes. He checked out the furnace & confirmed the electrostatic filter was no longer working. We discussed the pros & cons of repairing/replacing the electrostatic filter vs. using regular filters. He brought out the filter the next date I would be at home. I will call them in the future for HVAC service.

I will call AirServe again. They were prompt and the office kept in contact. They had to change the 1st apt because there were people without heat they needed to take care of and they came the same week. They call 1/2 before they arrive so you know when they will be at your home. Tech was very nice and friendly. He gave a few suggestions as to how we might get more heat in the furthest room from furnace. They are part of a nationwide company though they themselves are small. I highly recommend them.

Our furnace finally bit the dust last Saturday night, middle of the night. We woke up Sunday to a cold house and expecting we wouldn't be able to get anybody to come look at it until the next day, and who knows how long to repair. However, Aire Serv was able to send someone out that day (Sunday), perform an analysis, and give us an estimate on repair costs. Because of the repairs that were necessary, the technician was also able to provide us with information on new furnaces, and the pros / cons of repairs vs. going new. I appreciated how honest he was - was not trying to upsell, just provided us with all of the information and let us make our decision. Once we decided that going new was the right move for us, he provided us with options at every price point, taking into consideration the size of our house and our future plans for the house (how long we planned to be there, future remodeling/expansion plans, issues we are currently having with temp control) which helped us determine the furnace that was best for us. They installed the next day, and the installers were on time and professional. They also helped us set up our new thermostat. Best part - our house now feels more comfortable than it ever has. We always just assumed that because our house was old, it was going to feel drafty in the winter. We have a basement that would be 20 degrees warmer than the main floor in the winter months, and 20 degrees colder summer months, and certain rooms throughout that always felt drafty. Now, the temperature is evenly distributed throughout the house. The difference was noticeable immediately. Overall super happy with our experience with Aire Serv.

Tech Jamie Cochrane showed up on time, put on booties before coming inside, and reassured me about the state of the furnace. He was able to explain the reason, much more innocuous than I had feared, for the noise the furnace makes. He also advised me of possible adjustments and upgrades I could do and answered several other questions. Thoroughly professional service.

Initially, it was not good; I gave the usual choice of appointment times, and didn't hear anything from the company. My purchase was made on Jan. 5, and the work was finally done Feb. 14. This was during the "big freeze", so they were probably inundated, but they didn't try to contact me afterward. I asked Angie's List to intervene, and still no response. Finally, I called the company directly, and arranged for an appointment. The work itself was done well, and efficiently. Jamie was the technician, and he was very polite, prompt, and pleasant. I will call them again, and hope the response is quicker.

I purchased the $39.00 furnace tune-up and no one ever contacted me

Furnace needed repairs. We decided to replace it. We did not like the model we replaced it with. It made to much noise. So we upgraded to a quieter more efficient model. They took back the noisy furnace without giving us any problems. Cost was same as if we initially installed the efficient quiet furnace.

Great, Jamie Cochrane found an alternative drainage arrangement and made the upgrade for us. We were very pleased and signed up for the annual maintenance program going forward. Jamie was vey professional and the work was fair priced. Strongly recommend Aire Serv for your HVAC needs.

I purchased through Angie's List (great price!) and sent in several times for appt but didn't get a response. But when I called I was able to set up an appt within the week so it was all fine with me. There was some delay the day of the appt. BUT I was told well in advance that there would be a 1 hour delay and it was really only 45 minutes. Dean was very professional - considerate of space , i.e. he took off his shoes without asking to go upstairs to check the thermostat. Changed out the filter when I was not expecting this. He was very good about explaining a problem with the furnace and my options and what to take into consideration. I would use them again and will consider them for installing a new furnace.
