I went very well with good suggestions and a detailed list of how the furnace was functioning.

Went great. Needed minimal repair and the service person was fantastic. Very detailed, caring and up front.

It was awesome. Our technician was fantastic and was very helpful. He checked 2 of our units. He was very nice and did a good job figuring out that one furnace most likely needed to be replaced a) because it was very old and b) because it was leaking carbon monoxide. Although we didn't use Aire Serve to replace our furnace, I highly recommend.

Very professional. Arrived at allotted time. Performed work. Had some extra things done which needed attention. Very satisfied with the work.

I called as a follow up on a previous tune up of the furnace. Everyone I spoke with on this call in to the office was great. Started with John who could not find the service address I gave him.. I told him the name of the initial person in the office (Angie) and the technician (Robert) so he took all of my information and assured me he would look into it and a have someone call me back. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he had Angie call me back. Seems I had made the same error that I did on the initial service call. I had transposed the first 2 digits of the house address and she had remembered. :-) (Egg on my face) I told her the gas company came out to turn on the service and said I had a bad thermostat. Which I found surprising because it worked fine when Robert left after the previous visit. But it is an older unit. So she contacted Robert and told me he could come by that same afternoon. He came and thoroughly checked everything and found the thermostat was fine. He explained that it is the type of thermostat that has delicate pins inside and showed me how to properly open and close it because a lot of times the pins get bent or don;t seat. Which is something I shouldn't have to do but it is nice to know because will be painting the walls soon. Thanks again!

Unable to connect with vender. I paid for service that I did not receive. They did not respond to calls and email address bounced. They have my contact info and regretably did not reach out. Unfortunate.

The reason I like them so well is because they didn't upsell me. I assumed they would find something wrong with it, but they didn't. We've had a personal connection with the previous technician, but he left the company. I was worried to have someone new, but the technician, Jamie, was just wonderful.

Excellent. Service Tech Jamie C. was superb & very complete taking no shortcuts. Gave me education on a few things as well. He sold me on being future customer by just being himself. I was with Rex Heating, who were family friends and thought I'd never find anybody as good, but they met the bill. I will request Jamie next time for sure...definite 10.

They were prompt, on time and did exactly what they stated they were going to. I really liked that they gave me estimations on how how long the parts should be lasting as well.

Excellent. Angie in the office got us scheduled quickly. The technician Robert was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He inspected the furnace and answered all of our questions about the furnace. It had been sitting unused for a couple of years. So we were fearful it wouldn’t work. He gave us a copy of the inspection report and advised we may need a control board in the future. The furnace is now operational and we are very grateful. A pleasure to deal with. Aire-Serv Marion County will definitely be our go to company for future maintenance and yearly inspections.

Very professional install done quickly and they answered all questions I had.

The initial inspection went well but had a hitch that needed following up on. Inspector was gonna have someone call cuz though he couldn't find any cracks in one of the furnaces, he said that he has never seen this much rust without cracks. No one did called. I followed up 2 weeks later and explained the situation. Jim (a sales man) called a day or 2 later at the end of the week. I called back after the weekend. He did not understand the situation. Said would call back in 15 min. Admin called several hours later. I reexplained how this was not just a sales call but also a follow up from the unclear info from the tune up. Admin scheduled the "perfect" person named Dean. Got 30 min call that inspector on his way. Called back 5 min later. I left a job that was going over time for the day and paid me by the hour to honor my appointment. On my way (20 min later), got call from Tasha that he knocked on door and tenant didn't know (though I sent an email). I called back while driving and was put on hold for awhile. Michelle checked for the correct address. I said yes and that I was on my way. 5 min later just as I arrived (30 min after the warning call), Michelle called again saying that he had left and wouldn't be back for another 30 min (2:00). When I expressed my frustration with the admin aspect of my experience, the Michelle just repeated what was said about the tenant. I clarified that I had sent and email that they must have forgot. And I had responded twice to their calls that I was on my way. I said that I would sit in my truck and read. At 2:20 I called first teaching Tasha then transferred to Michelle. I was told they opted not to provide me service. When I said that this would have been good to know, Michelle replied that she was waiting for her manager. I replied, "Have a good day, Michelle" and hung up.

Fabulous! They were very polite and professional.

Great, lead time for an appointment was little long but not a huge deal.

Appeared to be a thorough check of the controller electrical signals, efficiency testing, and checks for gas / leakage in heat exchanger. They don't push sell furnace replacements unlike some other vendors. Instead just checked whether I was thinking about upgrading and left contact details should I decide to do that. I prefer this company to the other company I have used int he past.

I signed up for the twice yearly service visits because I was so impressed.

The repairman Robert was prompt and professional. He inspected my system and did what he needed to do. He did not pressure to buy or repair things that were not broken or needing fixing.

Generally I would give them an A, but on this past one they really couldn't do anything for me. I have rated them before. .

I was impressed all the way around. Angie the dispatcher/phone operator was courteous, responsive, and friendly. Jamie the technician was outstanding. How so? 1) He took his time to do things right, and didn't seem in a rush to get in and out despite a full schedule. 2) He didn't mind me hovering and asking questions, and his pointers and answers to my questions were actionable and reasonable. 3) He went above and beyond, trouble-shooting an issue with our furnace and checking our carbon monoxide detector. 4) He solved the issue with our furnace. 5) While he made clear the options that we have for preventative measures, enhancements, and future options as our furnace ages I did not feel like I was being pushed to buy more services or goods. If Jamie's professionalism, thoroughness, and friendliness are an indication of the quality of people and service I can expect from Aire Serv, consider me a life-long customer.

Went very well. Work was completed timely and efficiently.

They would not perform any service as it was out of their area. I was told to call the other branch which I did and they would not honor the coupon. So no service at all. Maybe if you are in the service area, the result would be better. For me, I am out $39.

Jamie Cochrane was friendly and professional. The office staff was good about notifying me on actual arrival time. Jamie was quite knowledgeable about the systems he repairs. He discovered a problem with my furnace that could have ended badly and the company was prompt about scheduling the repair needed to make things safe again.

He arrived on time and did the work in a professional manner. We were very pleased.

Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning did an amazing job. Great service, experts in furnace servicing and repair, and they answered other questions we had about our heat pump. They were prompt, responsive and professional!
