We had a death in the family and Michael went out of his way to be efficient, kind, thorough, AND when a part wasn't available he drove around town until he located it. Description of Work: Michael is very professional and friendly. He was working on my new neighbors' gas line when I came and asked him if he can get me a quote on installing a gas line in my kitchen. He came over and gave me a free quote. At that time my husband wasn't ready yet so I cancel the appt for the following week and the women who answer the phone are very nice and recommended me to check out Angie's list to get some companies that had great backgrounds and recommended by many people. Few months later, we were ready and when I checked out Angie's list, I saw Air Serv had provided great services around this area and decided to call them ask if they are still willing to give me that quote they gave me the first time and they did. I thought the price is fair and Michael also made some recommendations while he was here. Very helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend Air Serv.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the company. My a/c quit working on Saturday, the hottest day of the year, so I called on Monday to schedule someone to come out to check it. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and she was able to get someone out here within a couple of hours. The technician was very prompt and very nice also. He definitely seemed like he knew what he was doing and completed it in a timely matter. The only thing that he didn't do right was that he didn't explain to me what was wrong and get my okay before he proceeded with the work. The company offered a coupon, so it saved me some money. I would definitely use them again but I would make sure next time that they would check with me before doing any replacing.
