Advantage Window Cleaning LLC

Dan was professional from the time he introduced himself when he came to give us a bid to the completion of the cleaning. We have a larger number of windows than most homes including an atrium with floor to ceiling windows. We have fragile landscape plants and difficult areas near windows to get to and he was able to do the work without any damage to plantings. No one has ever cleaned our windows as well as he did.

The first thing that impressed us was his responsiveness. He answered our requests immediately. For both the appointment to give the estimate and the appointment to clean the windows, he was exactly on time--appreciated that we didn't have to guess if he would be here on time or not. When he arrived to do the work, he immediately began--working industriously and thoroughly. After he had completed all of the outside and inside, he went around again to double check that he had not missed anything. He found one spot that was not done to his satisfaction, so he did it again. He is very friendly and professional.

He was very professional and energetic. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He looked everything over, including some things I didn't notice and he is going to come back in the spring. I would highly recommend him.
