They did a professional job. Always used foot covers and floors coverings. Cleaned and removed old unit. Installation was completed In a timely manner.

Central heating and air conditioning installed . Auxilary Ductless heating and air conditioning systems installed upstairs.

In this day and age you do not find the level of care and concern that Advantage provided. The services person was responsible for coming out the day after Thanksgiving on 4 hours notice. The salesman followed him in the evening when I decided to replace my entire system. The system installers were on time, easy to work with and very competent, The techs that rerurned to clean my and inspect my existing ducts were on time and awesome young men! I highly recommend this company.

I believe Advantage to be a good company that tries hard to be an excellent company and is in most respects deserving of good reviews. I signed the line for a completely new heat pump/air handler/thermostat package. Everyone from the sales estimator to the installers to the service technicians were very motivated to do their best. It was not “plug and play” however - the new system needed multiple service techs to even get the system fired up and working. Multiple problems coming from mistakes either from the factory product or the installers did not bode well for my ten Grand purchase! I will say that all issues were resolved promptly and now the system is working fine. Again, Everone at Advantage was committed to make my experience a good one.

We had a fall preventive maintenance service done on our heating/AC unit. The technician called to let us know that he was on the way. When he arrived at our home, he explained the work he was going to do. He was very courteous and professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

The technician was very pleasant to work with. We had an emergency that needed to be looked at immediatly and he was there. This was the only place I called that would come out right away. That was much appreciated.

The service rep arrived timely and was helpful with arranging for an extra filter to be delivered at the next regular service appointment.

We were surprised at the quick response when our heat stopped working on a holiday week-end. The friendly, capable service person clearly explained everything to us, even offering more economical options. We went with the maintenance plan based on our confidence in the service. And now we have our heat back for the cold nights ahead!

The person that came to my house was very friendly on the phone and at my house. He really seemed to care about my situation. He answered all my question explain how my system works and what I should look for if I think something is wrong. He was very patient and kind. It was the best customer experience I have ever had.

Service tech was very thorough with our cleaning of our mini split. This is under the warranty service contract.

I feel like Iâ m well informed and never pressured into anything. Thereâ s never been a long wait for service and the price seems fair. Iâ ve been approached by others to use / try their services (even family/friends recommend other places) but I never have had a reason to look elsewhere. The customer service on the phone as well as in person is fantastic!

Prompt and curteous service.

This was supposed to be the semi-annual furnace/heat pump check-up and filter change. It turned out to be an "adjustment" on a valve of the heat pump and simple reset on our themostat. The 3 men were very nice (only spoke to 1 of them), BUT I didn't get a hand written receipt for the visit. We paid for an annual 2 time check up and filter change which should have been no charge. The email receipt that was sent, I couldn't read or copy. Also, I wasn't offered another years service agreement like in the past. The young man who did all the talking was nice, but it was like talking to a used car salesman who skirted the questions. I would like a call from you regarding the annual service agreement. I don't think it took 3 people to remedy our issue.
