Great! Jeff came on the same day the request for service was made. He was able to come that night, described what / how the bat removal would be accomplished with the safety of the owner and bat being the priority. After releasing the bat outdoors, the exterior of the home was inspected, looking for possible point/s of entry. Jeff was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, professional.

He came and inspected and told me it was not worth spending my money. What I really needed was to replace the siding, at least some of the portions that were affected. He said he could charge me $500 and do a job that won't solve the problem, and he won't feel good about it. Instead he suggested should get a siding professional change the siding. He was honest and I wish all the contractors are as honest. He could have done whatever job, gotten $500 and could have walked away. But he did not and that takes integrity to give honest opinion and that also means he loved his job and what he does. There is lot to learn for others from his examples.
