I have nothing but positive things to say about Advance Wildlife Removal. Omar is extremely professional and knowledgeable when he assisted us in the removal of an animal that apparently died a long time ago under our house. He was highly responsive and a perfectionist when it came to removing the animal, checking for damage and then fixing the vent. Besides all of this, he was also extremely affordable. I would happily recommend him to any family member or friend who needs to deal with some unwanted wildlife. Thank you Omar for a fantastic job!

I did not price check as I figured anyone Home Advisor recommend would be in the best range. I had a skunk that moved in under my outside shed. Omar came out and was very courteous over the phone, and has a great personally for the job he has (someone has to do it), he seemed to have concern for the animal , didn't want it setting out in the hot sun, didn't want it to starve, he was concerned about the animal. I would highly recommend him too anyone that asked. Thanks for making it easy for me.

Advanced Wildlife Removal, Omar Lopez provided the most amazing experience we've ever had with an extermination company! Omar was easy to work with, pleasant, honest, and forthright. He advised us of household gaps where lil critters could enter and helped us to close them up by applying foam insulation around pipes and heat ducts. He also taught us how to trap rodents with precision and advised us where we were doing well, structure integrity, and potential areas of entry. The price charged to us was reasonable and less than other extermination companies we used in the past. Overall, Omar was amazing and completely wowed our expectations and results! Our home was mice and rat-free after one visit! We love AWR and especially Omar! Thanks Omar!

Did a fine job of finding problem and blocking the entrance.

Omar was great. He came the same day I called. He located and repaired the area of the foundation where the rodents were getting under my house. Then he set non-poisonous traps. We discussed how often I wanted him to return to check the traps. He wanted me to be comfortable with when and how often he checked them. I highly recommend Advanced Wildlife Removal.

Omar was really wonderful to work with. He came out right away and quickly took care of the problem we had with chipmunks that found their way into the walls of the house. He explained everything very well and took his time to do the job well. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

The guys came out right away and set traps for the pest under our rental house. They repaired the vent covers and rebuilt the crawl space door which was completely missing. They did a great job (better than expected) and the price was fair. They kept me informed as to the progress on the trapping and repairs, and sent photographs of the work performed. I would recommend them to anyone needing these types of services.
