ADVANCED COUNTERTOPS

Bob Roth is the principal. They were great. Everything was positive. He was easy to work with. He was punctual he did what he said he would do the price was fair. He did it quickly but thoroughly. Minimal disruption to our home and time. He was responsive to questions kept us informed with what and why he was doing what he was doing.

I surveyed Angie's List for countertops and picked out 3 for quotes. I called Advanced Countertops, Bob promptly responded to my call, and after sending the drawings quickly got a quote. I compared the quote with others and thought that it was not competitive, but after talking to Bob I realized that everything was included (removal, backsplash, 15 yr. sealer etc.). Bob sent an updated quote with detailed breakdown, and I realized that they had very good prices. But that's not why I went with Advanced Countertops. The reason is that I was dealing with Bob, who himself does the work (and not some sales people from other companies who have never done any installation themselves and have very superficial knowledge about countertops). I am a detailed oriented person and found that Bob could answer all my questions to the fullest satisfaction and very promptly. Also Bob could accommodate my tight schedule. It went so well that I can say that Bob is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with.

Very pleased. Very responsive to phone calls, got an estimate right away, scheduled the installation at my convenience, allowed to keep samples for several weeks while I was out of town. Installation went quickly and smoothly. The installers showed up on time, found one cabinet was not longer attached to the wall, so secured it with screws rather than the nails which had been used, were finished in a few hours, cleaned up and left. The whole process from start to finish was great, including a follow up call to make sure that I was happy.

Great workmanship all around and nothing but favorable remarks from family and neighbors who have seen the finished counters.

This is a great company with which to work. They were always available via phone, returned our calls, were willing to work around a busy schedule. Bob and his crew do incredible work. They were neat and polite. The final quality was outstanding. I'd use them again in a second.

A++++++++++++++++ in every category! Call & hire these guys NOW! The customer service provided by Bruce of Advanced Countertops was nothing short of amazing. He was so willing to spend as much time as possible going over every little detail to make sure things were done right. He even anticipated every single question I might have & would answer it fully. Before even getting the quote back, I was ready to pay more than his competitors because I was so impressed with the level of professionalism & integrity Bruce displayed. I knew that would translate to his work on the job itself. Imagine my surprise when the bid came back even lower than other companies. Sure enough, Bruce, Javier & Milton did an incredible job & my countertops look gorgeous. They were so willing to spend extra time as needed & would not even charge me for it, though it would have been understandable if they had. They really go the extra mile, which is a rare thing to find these days! I was SO impressed!

The workers from this company showed up on time, and did a beautiful job installing the solid granite counters. They were very courteous and professional. I will be using them on my next house for sure!

I contacted them at the Angie's List number and asked for a bid on my countertops for a kitchen remodel. I had to call twice to get through. I faxed them the countertop design and waited for a bid. They were very nice, but it took them a long time to get back to me compared to other companies. They called and said they would email me my bid (which was how I asked to get it), and it was several days before that happened. I was in too much of a rush to wait around for that kind of thing, even if they were nice.

Steve and Harold are both great at what they do. I worked mostly with Steve and he could not have been nicer and more helpful. Everything went smoothly. Harold figured out a tricky area in my kitchen which was the appliance garage area and it looks great.

Advanced Countertop was less expensive than the first bid I got, but what impressed me most and sold the job was the convenience. Harold assured me I would not be without my kitchen for 2 weeks as the first contractor had required. He came through as promised. I am thrilled with my new countertop and Harold, et al, was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat.

Harold sent Timber and Josh out to help me finish a job another vendor started but didn't finish. They did a very professional job of cutting and installing my granite slabs. They couldn't get there till 3:00pm because of an earlier job that same day; but they stayed till 9:00pm and finished the job. I am delighted with my FINISHED granite countertops!! They look fantastic. Timber and Josh are 2 great fab. installers. They are perfectionists and make a great team. Feed them Hawaiian pizza and pop and they'll make you proud.

Steve was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He made a special effort to get me in earlier so that it was convenient for me. It was very appreciated! I would strongly consider hiring them again.

In the beginning I met with Steve Pilkington (Sales) and discussed various options for replacing my tile countertops. We focused on granite & silestone/quartz materials. Steve did an excellent job of going through the materials and helping me select the perfect material and color for my home. He then referred me to a few different suppliers and we selected our granite slabs. After picking out the slabs, Harold called to schedule an appointment to template my countertops. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly. Steve, Harold, and the other installers were excellent. They were timely, professional, and very good at their jobs. I would also like to mention that I was really impressed with Harolds attention to detail. He noticed at the time of templating, that part of my cabinets were unfinished. He made a special point of purchasing and applying stain to the unfinished areas. I would not hesitate to refer them to friends,and in fact have already done so.

BOTH STEVE, THE SALES PERSON AND HAROLD, THE OWNER AND INSTALLER WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE PROMPT IN ARRIVING AT THE APPOINTED TIME. HOWEVER IT DID TAKE ABOUT A WEEK LONGER THAN ORIGINALLY STATED FOR THE INSTALLATION. HAROLD'S WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THE TEAR OUT AND INSTALLATION WERE ALL DONE THE SAME DAY WHICH WAS A PLUS. THEY ALSO PROVIDED THE BEST QUOTE OF THE THREE QUOTES THAT I RECEIVED.
