AAA CARPET CLEANING

Jake was friendly, thorough, professional and really knew what he was doing. Unlike the last company we hired to clean the carpet, when he was done the carpets were clean and the baseboards were not full of stuff rubbed off the carpet.

AAA Carpet and Restoration is a husband and wife team. The husband does the carpet cleaning and the wife does the house cleaning. We operate a property management company and they do all of our move out cleaning. The house cleaning is thorough and they are willing to do extras like replace burned out light bulbs or set off bug bombs for properties that had pets. The carpet cleaning will often save a carpet that is so nasty we thought it would have to be replaced. They are also able to get out stains, gum, and pet urine. Prices are fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Owner of the company arrived on time and told me up front what the price would be. The price was less expensive than his competition. We have kids and pets and the carpet hasn't been professionally cleaned for a couple of years and was quite dirty. He did an amazing job, carpets look awesome. Helped me move a couple of the larger pieces of furniture. Took great care not to damage the baseboards. I highly recommend this vetaran owned company to everyone and will be telling all my friends and family.

I hired AAA Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets at a rental we own, they were scheduled for 4:30 pm but called to see if they could come earlier as they were finshed with the previous job. I was at the rental by 3:30pm so having them come early worked great for me. They showed up about 10 minutes after I talked to them on the phone about coming early. He examed the home, explained what he would be doing and why. Then we discussed the price, they had quoted $160 over the phone and we both agreed the price was reasonable (he had to clean the whole house). I worked on my projects while he steam cleaned the carpets. It was not noisy, smelly or inconvient. I was very impressed. The whole house was cleaned in about 1 1/2 hr and was dry by the time we arrived back at the rental the next morning. This is a wonder company, I highly recommend them.

punctual, there was some problem in communication about scope of job from the office to the technician, but the technician/owner onsite worked out details and got job done in efficient, timely and complete manner..definitely would use service again!.
