Description of Work: While the workmanship was excellent, I thought the roughly $33,000 price tag for 3 updated bathroom countertops and two new showers was high (no floors, walls, or cabinets done). Plumbing in one shower had to be brought up to code. | |The MBR and hall baths came out good, but I may end up having the powder room countertop re-done. I picked out a nice piece of granite at Bella Pietra (recommended by 3Rs), which they cut in such a way that a blemish is prominent at the corner, making it look exactly like someone left a cigarette burning on the edge of the counter. Being right on the edge like that, seems like they could have cut the blemish off. They also failed to cut a matching back splash, and due to the unique design of the granite, the backsplash I ultimately chose, of many I tried, doesn't match. It looks like a DIY job. | |The project manager was responsive and communicative, but the project felt disorganized. At the outset I asked the CEO for "homework" regarding what I needed to do and when. I got the instruction to pick out countertops first, then we'd go from there. But there was never a clear roadmap after that initial instruction, and the plans changed a few times, so it became stressful as I was trying to chase down towel bars, tile, sinks, etc., often in a rush after work. While some glitches are inevitable with renovation, the over 3 month project seemed chaotic at times. | |The workers were careful about protecting the house and good about clean-up. |3Rs Construction is very professional, but I'd hesitate to recommend them to anyone without strong experience in renovation, as well as a healthy budget. |

Description of Work: They hung a storm door on an outside garage door. It worked perfectly and the job was done completely.

Description of Work: I used them to power-wash mildew off the side of my house and it was removed nicely. However, they also power-washed some pavers along side the driveway that I had not asked them to do and that brick-colored residue filled up my drain basin and I had to ask them to come and clean out the basin. In fairness to them, they were trying to go the extra mile to ensure that I liked their work. | |I then hired them to clean out the drain line from the catch basin, but the young men who came a couple of times initially to work on it clearly did not have adequate training or tools to complete the job successfully. They did work hard. |It was very difficult to get responses to messages left at their office, but again, in fairness to them, the owner's wife was undergoing some health problems leading to surgery at the time. We finally agreed on an end to that project when the end of the line could not be located without much additional work. | |Overall, they certainly did the initial job I hired them to do and I don't mean to badmouthing the company in any way. It may have just been bad timing. Others seem to have had very positive experiences and that is great.

Description of Work: Replaced some rotten siding on our house. Siding, a portion of plywood, and trim boards had water intrusion. Also permormed level 1 mold remediation in the attic

Description of Work: This firm continually overpromised and underdelivered. We started this project with a very stated definite deadline and they missed it badly. The attention to detail was very poor. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company

Description of Work: Removed back vent and installed side vent to my dryer, and odds and ends and gave opinion on bath remodel I'm thinking of. I will most definitely use them again. Robert was very professional. |

Description of Work: Redid bathroom floors. The problems that we had were more to do with |subcontractors, tear out and tile people. But the communication between all parties was lacking. Still a little undecided if we would use them again, very nice people, but stressful because not a clear plan for project.
