Blue Heron Septic and Drain

I called 8:00 PM, Spencer was on-site the following morning by 9:00 AM to pump the septic tank. He is a very informed individual and will go the extra mile to help. I would definitely feel confident in calling him and recommending him to others.

Found the main immediately and got it snaked out. Excellent service and hope I never need them again but would call them if I did.

They did a really good job. Left the are completely clean.

Spencer (President of the company) came to our house within 24 hours for a routine cleaning. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He answered every question I had and gave free/important advice on preventing future problems with our tank. Spencer did not charge me for an extra service (helping to find the tank cover) and offered to inspect his work a week later free of charge. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Blue Heron Septic and Drain to anyone!

Excellent, better than we thought. Told us our tank was in pretty good shape so that was a bonus. He came at the end of the day and got the job done. Plus, he is pleasant to be around.

The original estimate was $375 for 1000-gal tank. He showed up 15 mins after the appointed time of 1pm. The cover was too heavy for one man to lift so he had to leave & get someone else to help him. An hour later he came back with two men & they got the lid off. But then he had to leave again to finish up another job. Close to two hrs later I called him & he said he was on his way. He began pumping but shortly into it he called me over and said the tank was 1,500-gal and he would have to charge me $75 more. This was in addition to $50 extra that he said he would have to charge me to dig for the tank. I showed him the invoice from the last septic tank cleaning that another company in the same area had done in Oct 2008 for a total of $350. He insisted his charges were fair and consistent with other companies and that any price increases were across the board. I was told by one company that a total estimate could be given once a tank was opened up, before any pumping began.

He did such a great job I would recommend him to anyone who has septic issues! Thanks, Val

Spencer performed a detailed records check with county and he showed promptly as promised. He managed to locate the tank within seconds of arriving and proceeded to get right to work. He answered all my questions while working and provided a great deal of additional information about maintaining the system. Once everything was completed you could hardly tell that he had been there at all. I was very pleased and would be more than willing to use his services again.

It went very well. Spence was very punctual, very professional and pleasant to be around and the job was completed quickly.
