+ -1 moreI walked in and showed the gentleman the serial number to my kitchen range. He said they usually had that item in stock. A search proved they were out, but he guaranteed next day delivery. And that's exactly what I got. Cheaper and quicker than ordering from Whirlpool itself.
Description of Work: The element on my oven went out. I could order one from Whirlpool for $58 plus shipping-and wait for days. I chose to stop by South Stephens Appliance and paid $59.95 with next day delivery. Each time I visit this store I am met with helpful and friendly people.

+ -1 moreI purchased a washer, dryer and stove from South Stephens Appliance. I purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator at a local big box store. The dishwasher no longer works and I've had problems with the fridge. Needless to say, I replaced the DW a new one from South Stephens and anticipate going back there for the new fridge. The washer, dryer and stove are working great.
Description of Work: After a remodel I needed all new appliances. Based on advice from my contractor, I went to South Stephens Appliance and purchased new - washer, dryer and stove. Advice and knowledge of the products by the employees was excellent. And, they stored the items for several months until the home was finished and I was ready to install the products.
