Roto-Rooter

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business. They sent out 2 separate guys, both broke off pieces of equipment in our drain and were not able to retrieve them. We now have 3 pieces of snake in our drain and keep getting bills in the mail. I've called multiple times to try to resolve this only to be called a liar and asked how I want to pay. RotoRooter has made no attempt to fix the situation by removing the equipment from our drain, which will likely cause more problems in the future. This company has a lot of turnover and very minimal training. One of their employees recommended we call EconoRooter because they are more experienced and have better tools to complete the job. That would be my recommendation as well.

Could not have wished for better service! The very knowledgable plumber showed up immediately and had a well stocked truck with which he was able to quickly and graciously perform repair.

After a horrific Thursday night with major sewer problems, I called Roto Rooter Friday morning (expecting to hear they could come by the following week). I explained the situation to Morgan and he said he could be at my place in 30 minutes- and he was! I left him to his work and he worked miracles. When he was done he bought me outside to show me what exactly he had done and answer all my questions. When he explained the pipe/root situation that would continue to be a problem, he also had a solution. He made plans to call me Monday to set up a time to put in a cleanout, and replace the pipe where the root had caused problems. And, sure enough, on Monday he called. He came out Tuesday and did exactly what he promised, then once again answered all my questions. Morgan was extremely professional and incredibly competent. I hope to never have sewer problems again, but if I do I will definitely call Roto Rooter.

Roto-Rooter is a national chain. When you call them, they send somebody out. My experience with them has been good overall. They were fast and responsive. They only charged me what the quote was.

They were quick to respond to email and phone calls. They showed up when they said they could, did the job they said they would, and charged the estimated cost. It was a good deal all around.

I waited until I had the new vanity and counter top installed-yesterday- until I sent this. I am therefore evaluating two different men.

They did an excellent job and I haven't had any problems.

The technician, Jeff, came out to a mess and a mad homeowner. He swiftly calmed me down, picked up a shovel, and completed his job with a great attitude and professionalism. I have used the service on all my rental properties for 10 years and would use no one else. Highly recommended!

After another plumber couldn't solve problem and I put in 8 hours trying to unclog the sewer pipe, we broke down and called Roto- Rooter. They sent out Jeff who came, conquered and offered to send his GPS camera down the pipe to tell us exactly where the pipe might have a sag. We declined this service, but it is nice to know they can do this if needed. Very prompt and professional.
