I contacted them and told them about what I needed. It took several days for anyone to get back to me even for an initial email. I offered plenty of times and days for trying to get an estimate for the work, but it was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything each step of the way. It took weeks to get an estimate - and the guy was polite when he showed up to see my house for planning his estimate, but I still had to remind him about getting me the estimate and keep asking about the next steps until he finally just didn't ever get back to me about actually doing the job and I stopped trying. I get that it's busy season for roof work in the spring and summer but that's why I was happy to be flexible and patient with what they could work in for basic gutters for a small house between other jobs, I didn't ask for any special timeframes or complicated things or anything. It would have been basic courtesy to just tell me they weren't interested in taking the job for whatever reason. What a waste of everyone's time.

Mike showed up with crew & they began work. Mike & Brad have a great crew. They were all polite, kept things tidy & really hard workers awesome crew.

Discovered problem re : moss on roof because tube light began to leak. Roofers stopped leak on 1st trip & cleaned remaining moss. & applied product on 2nd visit.

too many complaints to list. did not roof tiny porch over front door, only four ft. by six ft. said was not in contract. refused to roof it. as far as ratings go, i really had no idea how to rate them. too upset over other details. there were other issues as well as little porch roof. i typed up letter, mailed with check. got no response back at all. i do not think that is good business, i would never recommend them.. i went with them as they were recommended by a neighbor. that neighbor was was surprised at the problems i had and agreed that not roofing porch roof was outrageous. i now have two colors that can be seen from front of the house.

They were fast and left every thing clean and did a great job.

They were great. First of all I called four different roofers in the Roseburg area. Roseburg Roofing was the only one to return my call. Even after I had left several messages with other Roofers I did not get any return calls. Rosebury Roofing came out and inspected my old roof and gave an estimate for the work. They removed the old roof and replaced it. Foe a 2,000 Sq foot house the whole job only took 2 days. I have talked to others that have had the same experience that I have had and in one case Roseburg Roofing was the only company willing to bid the job. I also know of several commericial jobs they have done in the area that turned out great.
