+ -1 moreI contacted Dave Richner to get a quote on a heat pump the last week of July . He said he would call that weekend to set a day and time to come out . He never called . On Mon. I called and told him I was home after 3:00 pm , he said ok , here it is August 5 and no call yet . I called other heat pump contractors and every one set a day and time and were here when they said they would be. I would not use this company , there not dependable .
