Description of Work: Called the provider yesterday. He returned me call this morning. That's good. Said he would be out later this afternoon. That's good. Had not shown by 7:00 pm. Also had not called. That's bad. I called him and he said he was still working but would be out a little later. I jokingly said I hoped it wouldn't be after dark because he wouldn't be able to see what needed done. He lauged and said no, I'll be there. That's good. It is now dark, 9:00 pm and he has not shown up. That's bad. Didn't even call. And he does have a cell phone since that's what he called me on this morning. Well, I will not have him do any work for me ever, and I will tell everyone in my organization not to ever call him, and they will tell two friends and so on and so on.. If he had at least called, or said he couldn't make it, I would have been disappointed, but not as mad as I am now. So, what did the provider do? NOTHING. NO SHOW. NO CALL. NADA

Description of Work: I use their yard service for 2 hours every 2 weeks and they do anything I need done, which is usually weeding and bed work. They do a good job, but sometimes they don't show up when scheduled. Most yard maintenance companies only want to mow lawns, not do bed work, so I'm happy that this company will do the work I need done.

+ 1 moreSo far, so good...They have just started working for us this month. Not always here on time, but they stay and give us the 2 hrs of work they promised. What we really needed was a gardener, to manage the many flower beds we have, doing they weeding, fertilizing, pruning, etc. Not sure how knowledgable they are about the different plants, but they seem willing to do any job we need done (unlike some yard maintenance companies we talked to, that really only wanted to mow the grass). We provide the materials, they use their own equipment. Price is okay.
