+ -1 moreTim was fully scheduled when I called him at noon for immediate service. He gladly shuffled things around and drove out to Sutherlin to assist. He said he would be here within the hour and he was. (40 Min) He was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional with both the tenant and myself. He quickly ascertained the issue and corrected the problem. He then took the time to educate me for any future issues such as these.
Description of Work: Troubleshot and repaired electrical short.
