roof cleaning
 + -1 moreWe had been looking for a painter for over a week when we finally got the bid from Joshua. He got the paint for the walls and trim, prepped the areas adequately, and did a good job in applying the paint, missing only the linen closet. We repainted a few things, but don't blame the contractor for this as we changed our mind on the color of one thing and decided to strip the paint down to the primer on another area on the exterior that was not part of the original bid. For the price, this company did an excellent job and finished a day ahead of schedule. We will ask them for a bid on the exterior in a year or so.
