Living rural finding appropriate contractor help is MORE than challenging, attempt at fleecing is the typical. After two bogus estimates, Michael Bass came out to evaluate large deck job. 1st his attitude was not condesending or solitious. He gave a very beliveable and direct detailed estimate that turned out to be correct. His attention to detail was commendable, as I was observing the project daily, I noticed that every small bothersome issue encountered was addressed and fixed. I was 5 star impressed! Mike acctually gave more than was required 100% of time. Project completed timely.

Mike did amazing work in the timeframe promised. Not only that, but it was obvious he cared about my project and is just a caring person.

Great experience. Mike quoted us a price and timeline, but the work was far more complex than anticipated. He said that he would eat any time over the quoted two days, but we thought that was unfair to him, and have opted to pay him his daily rate for the extra day required. He was more than fair to us, and we were fair to him. We would highly recommend Mike Bass Construction.

The deck is not complete yet but happy with what is being build. Mike is a very nice personable guy to work with.

He was supposed to restain a whole deck. Not just replacement boards. Charged too much for what he did do.

Canâ t say enough positives things about this family owned business. Great communication, always ran everything by us, quality of work is great. They would be my first recommendation to anyone wanting a deck built/repaired. I wish they did other home improvement projects.
