 + -1 moreI'm glad they have lots of work, but I couldn't wait that long for computer access, so I went elsewhere.
Description of Work: I called them first because of their high rating, and they said they wouldn't even be able to diagnose my computer for 2 weeks, they were so busy.

 + -1 moreComputer proved to be FUBAR. Chris was professional, however the cost of repair exceeded the value of the unit, so I opted not to have any work done. There was not charge for all the diagnostic work. I cannot rate any and quot;Aand quot;'s as there was not any work to judge other than my interaction with Mega other than the initial and final conversations.

 + 0 moreThis PC is still going strong! I had it repaired once, after I was at fault for letting it overheat. She replaced the cooling fan and the mother board, upgrading me and only charging me for the repair and replacement of same size parts. Re: The remote access repair: I called with my problem and the technician took care of my problem immediately. My husband now owns a computer and plans on using them as well for his service and repairs
Description of Work: I purchased a used PC from Christine at Megabyte 3 years ago. This was a PC they had built for a commercial customer who had subsequently outgrown it. I have more recently used their remote access repair service for which they charge a flat $75.

 + -1 moreI've only used them once. I was very very satisfied. I was real happy with them. I had a problem with the email on my computer and they fixed that. They went through the computer a little bit, it was very nice. They did things my way and the way I wanted things done instead of their way. I was very happy and I would definitely take my computer back to them.
Description of Work: Megabyte Cyber Cafe fixed my computer.

 + 0 moreIt went great--it took 3 or 4 days to diagnose. Then they gave me options to choose from: fix my old one, upgrade to a newand quot; used. It was promised at and quot;the first of the weekand quot; and it was ready for pickup on Wednesday (They had run into a problem with my sound card so they added an after market upgraded one for no charge!) Christine and Sean are great and ar sensitive to me being on a fixed income. This is my third experience with them and they all went very well.. I wouldn't use anyone else.
