After coming out to see our property and getting a description of the work that we wanted, we were unable to get a quotation from Marshall's Landscape. When we didn't hear back, we called and were told it would be coming the next day. We didn't get it and called back. We were told that it had been emailed to us. We confirmed our email address and provided a fax number and asked for it to be re-sent. We got nothing. When we called the next week, their voice mail box was full so we couldn't leave a message. Days later, we were finally able to leave another message saying we didn't get the quote. It's been more than a month and we've never gotten a quote or any explanation. If they didn't want to do the job, they could have said so. Very unprofessional and a waste of our time.

From the first contact I was met with genuinely friendly yet professional customer service. The owners of the business came out to the property and spent time not only evaluating my concerns but lending their experience to issues I was not aware of. They spoke to their abilities and went above and beyond to ensure I had a complete understanding going forward. I requested a bid broken down into three (3) parts. and they gladly provided it in a timely manner with in depth description of pros and cons. Not just numbers but the "why's". They gladly worked with me via email so I could submit these bids to my management for approval. These folks will look you in the eye and shake your hand, giving you a personal touch. I am awaiting approval and anxious to work with them and report our properties progress here.

Marshall's did a wonderful job on our yard. Our expectations were met beyond our hopes. I will recommend this company to anyone. They are professional and provided a detailed written quote in a short amount of time. No other company we contacted seemed interested in submitting a written quote and were only interested in our and quot;budgetand quot;, which I respectfully refused to give without a beginning quote. Marshall's did not ask our budget, but still took the time to submit a quote. Marshall's listened to our desires and didn't try to sway us away from our and quot;dreamand quot; design. The staff were all professional and very hard workers. They continue to drive by and keep an eye on the plants and cue us if it seems there may be an over/under watering issue. For a person who does not have a and quot;green thumband quot;, this is greatly appreciated.

They're really fast and they clean up after themselves. They leave it spotless. They're the best I've ever had. I've been using them for about 6 years. The cost is reasonable.

We have gotten nothing but praise on the work. They have done other work for us in the past (pavers) and this was just as good. They might charge a bit more than others, but the quality is superb.

Job was finished in less than 5 hours. Work was done in a confined area between my house and a new fence. Their crew did a great job! Very professional young men that pay attention to detail. Their clean-up was exceptional, Property was ready to use when they left. I told Brian who estimates their jobs, a time line was not important to me. I was put off 1 day and a late show up the next day. That had no effect on me being retired but if you have to take time off of work to be there when the work is done I would let Brian know that. Again I told him not to worry about putting my job on the back burner but I don't know about people with schedules. I did not get a second estimate as I wanted the job done right and relied on Angie's list. I've had good results with Angie's list in the past after dealing with some not so good contractors at a cheaper rate in the past. Don't know about cost difference but Marshall's Landscape does excellent work!

I asked for an estimate on some landscaping work we are considering. He arrived the next day and provided the estimate in about one week. He was professional and answered my questions about the proposed job. I also appreciate suggestions on how the job could be done. His estimate was within 2% of another one I received. I would consider him to actually perform the job.

Responded to telephone request for estimate on the same day, and came to look at the job the very next day. Installed the system one week from date of estimate. System was installed in one day and turned on the next day. Very honest and professional. Would highly recommend their services!!
