Description of Work: HE CALLED AND SET UP THE TIME AND DATE FOR HIM TO COME AND REPAIR MY CEILING. HE DID NOT ASK FOR A DATE TO SEE THE DAMAGE. ON THE DAY HE ARRANGED TO COME AT 9:00 A.M. HE DID NOT COME, DID NOT CALL TO EXPLAIN WHY HE COULD NOT COME, NOR DID HE PHONE TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS THE DAY BEFORE OR EVEN ON THAT DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. I WAITED UNTIL 3:30 P.M. AND LEFT FOR AN APPOINTMENT. HIS CARD WAS STUCK ON MY DOOR WHEN I ARRIVED HOME. ON THE BACK OF THE CARD WAS THE FOLLOWING: "SORRY I MISSED YOU. CALL FOR NEW APPOINTMENT." WITH SO LITTLE REGARD TO ME AND MY VALUABLE TIME AND MY CONCERN TO GET THE JOB DONE, I WOULD NOT HIRE HIM. AFTER ALL, HE WANTED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) AN HOUR , BUT WOULD NOT RESPECT ME, THE PERSON WHO WOULD DOLE OUT THE MONEY TO HIM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM AND WOULD TELL ANYONE INTERESTED IN HAVING DONE WORK DONE TO AVOID HIM COMPLETELY.

Description of Work: He failed to appear for appointment to discuss the project so he was able to provide an estimated cost. His other reviews looked good and I would have liked to have contracted. If the builder is too busy to contract then he will be too busy to do the job right.

Description of Work: Keith and his crew replaced a shower for me in a rental house of mine. All new tile and flooring in the bathroom.

Description of Work: Provider did a great deal of work. This was a bathroom remodel. He removed old tub, drywall, flooring, etc. He then proceeded to build a pan for the shower, did the tile work, tiled the floor, did the drywall work, installed bathroom fan, installed shower panel and much more. Keith wants you to be happy with his work, so don't hesitate to tell him what you think. As with any contractor, get everything in writing, it saves a lot of headaches if things do not go well.

Description of Work: Keith A Cortes Construction LLC did the garage and 2 bedrooms, and put a roof over my back porch. It's still going on. He still has more to do.

Description of Work: Keith made a 5 year old dream come true. I had been wanting to make my living room into what they call a Great Room, adding another 160sqft. I had previously two other Contractors give estimates, and the one I had chosen from the two, said he would get back to me in a few weeks to do paperwork and start the project, never did. I waited 10 weeks for him since I was not in a hurry. I had accidently met Keith Cortez one day at the Rod and Gun club to find he was a contractor. That very day he came to my home and discussed the project. It was like my wish was his first priority. And Keith's price was $6K less than the other.

Description of Work: I am in the middle of a complete remodel of a manufactured home. We have completed the guest bedroom. All drywall, crown molding , new clostet doors, new door, new molding thru out, all new paint and carpet. It is like a new room. It is beaufiful! We are in the middle of redoing the master bath and master bedroom and office. The master bath was completely gutted, no floor or walls! Everything has been replaced, plumbing, flooring, insulation, electrical, shower, tub, toilet, hotwater heater, sinks. Next, just waiting on me for the next step, and we will go forward with drywall and flooring and fixtures!
