Walk in shower ! Pan installed incorrectly, also tile, Grout fell out 1 week later, grout lines uneven, leaked behind tile, down inside of wall into crawl space. The list is so extensive that I went to Angi Court. I had my doubts about there system. Very hard to send evidence to fair claims. The Best thing about the whole process was I met KEN @ Customer solutions. Yes I prevailed. Took Joe 4 months + or - next one took 10 business days Thank You Diamond ? Tile for help with documenting bad work, installation, in Court JOESPH CONSTRUCTION REPLIED, I DID THE BEST I COULD I was awarded all my money back but the time for another demolition and Court, witness etc I felt i should have been compensated for. Joe is the ultimate Craftsman! His knowledge, and experience ,in the construction field , are unmatched in the Tahoe basin . He is personal, caring , prompt , affordable and always looking out for solutions and ways to complete your project in a timely , cost effective manor . He is extremely meticulous. Joe treats your job as if it was his own house .. Joe is extremely neat and keeps his job site clean and orderly during all phases of the project . He carefully protects the areas of the home that are not directly involved in the project . His estimates are well thought out so there are no â surprises â at the end . He is a man of his word and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know ! Our project was on budget , on Time and absolutely stunning when completed . He works well with other contractor deadlines and scheduling and is always willing to adjust his work as needed.. if am extremely satisfied with all of his work . We originally hired Joe for some drywall popcorn removal and to float and re-texture all walls .. We ended up keeping Joe for the majority of the entire makeover / remodel project.. As we progressed through all the other phases of construction we learned of his vast experience and talents . He was prompt to supply each phase with estimates and time frames . Joe Cardinalli is a master handyman. His skills go way beyond the traditional **handyman** level while his labor rate is comparable to less qualified individuals in the same category. I recommend Joe without reservation. During the restoration of a small condominium that had been a rental for more than 20 years, he: â ¢repaired a cracked ceiling joist by jacking it up and scabbing a new joist for the full span â ¢replaced/patched large sections of ceiling sheetrock â ¢removed â popcornâ and re-textured ceilings â ¢repaired and textured multiple holes and other damage to walls â ¢primed and painted walls and ceilings â ¢relocated, rewired, and added multiple wall outlets. switches and light fixtures â ¢modified plumbing to accommodate clothes and dishwashers â ¢repaired outside faucet â ¢hung full complement of kitchen cabinets â ¢replaced aluminum sash and installed new vinyl windows â ¢replaced hollow core with ore-hung solid core doors â ¢used me as his helper to avoid bringing in additional paid laborers â ¢was fastidious and cleaned the area prior to leaving for the day The work was performed over a period of about four months and he worked on other jobs while waiting for materials and appliances to be delivered. He kept me well informed about his work schedule and availability. Joe is the complete package!
