+ 1 moreGood luck getting them to come out or call you back. I called for almost a month. On two occasions they called back and said they would have someone call me to schedule the work. They never called back. Finally today I called again, and the lady on the phone said they were booked two months out, and that was why they hadn't called back. Really, why not tell me that a month ago? If you can't meet your obligations and promises BEFORE the work, I certainly wouldn't have them out to actually DO anything.
Description of Work: Tried to get a chimney inspection and quote for work.

+ 0 moreThey were very efficient and professional. They were clean. Detailed in their inspection of the fireplace. Found a hole in the back of the fireplace and told me to not use it until it was fixed because hot ashes could fall underneath the house. They got authorization from my landlord and repaired the hole in a timely manner.
Description of Work: My chimney and fireplace were cleaned and inspected for damage.
