I can't say enough great things about this team. They were professional, hard-working and completed the project in a timely manner. When they came onto the project it was 50% completed by a previous company that was ultimately fired. They had to fix many problems and work with what had already been done. Justin checked in with me daily to make sure that I was happy with the product. They turned a nightmare situation into a really pleasant experience with an end result that we are very happy with.

The quality of work that Mr. Heard's team did last year for my wife and I was poor. Yeah, he offered to fix some of the areas if my wife and I were willing to put forth some of our own effort to assist his team in moving some mulch since his workers were going to be in the area. Here is the bottom line, if you did a bad or poor job and a customer informed you of it, which we did, then you need to make the customer happy, instead of trying to talk your way out of it. One of the last things that these guys did was, that they brought over some stones for a pathway along side the house, in which they placed them on top of the mulch, but didn't bother to make sure that they were seated beneath the mulch so that they sat flush with the ground (so that they were not tripping hazards). Nope, I seen the guy with my own eyes, just drop them one by one and then leave. Not much quality and/or effort. They were also supposed to come back to fix some areas that were sunk in in the front yard, since it was not flat, but they never showed up. Not surprised! These guys normally work on new homes, so it would be my suggestion to know to those out there if you are buying a new home, you want to know whom bidding on your yard, since another $5000 was requested at the time of our signing for the yard. So a total of $10000 for our yard and mulch and we were not pleased to say the least!

Somebody had given me their name and said they knew the owner of the company and they are really good. They are very caring and honest. The front yard is 12 x 12 locations and the left side was mulch and river rock and it was maybe 15 feet wide and 70 feet long. The backyard is maybe 40 feet wide and about 50 feet. The drip line is to water the shrubs that sprinkler system can't reach. And also if I put in flower beds or bed garden or I put shrubs around the edges of the property I can hook up a drip line system.

They did for work us about 2-3 years ago. They came out and took out a chuck of our old lawn and re-sauded a new portion of our lawn. They did a great job and it still looks good. They back their project very well, if something were to go bad, then we can just bring it back and they will put a new piece in free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone and I already have. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+.
