 + 0 moreCalled our Septic Service, said they did not do drains but recommended Econo Rooter.. The guy (Dave) arrived, informed him of the problem, didn't offer to remove shoes as I have a light beige carpet. Went to hall bathroom, knelt down on one knee the entire time, he asked to turn on water in master bath. When I returned, he was still kneeling on one knee. he said he checked the vent under the sink ---which is very easy to do. We went outside walked to the drain outlet, he removed the cap, which was easy to do, picked up the nearby garden hose put it in the drain outlet--ran some water--put the cap back. (My husband already did this a week ago) Dave said couldn't find odor problem. He was at the house no more than an hour. We went in the house, didn't offer any suggestions but charged us 130.00. I was so shocked at his fee I couldn't find the words to question him about it. I'm sure there are other employees that work for Econo Rooter, but Dave was the worst. Now on Dave's billing tab the address is PO Box 1453 Roseburg, Or. However, the phone number 541-672-5923 is the same as the Econo Rooter on San Souci Dr. Roseburg, Or. which could be the main business.
Description of Work: We had an odor in hall bathroom, when shower or washer was being used, thought it might be caused by a drain pipe.

 + 0 moreDave is a pleasure to work with. He's friendly, prompt, and diligent in fixing the issue. We have occasional blockage in our draining system and Dave has always been able to resolve the issue quickly with results that last. Having worked with other rooting companies in Roseburg, I can say for sure that Econo-Rooter is the most professional and affordable service available.
Description of Work: Dave snaked out our main drain and very quickly cleared a clog.
