+ -1 moreWhen I first called Jason (Owner) I thought it went OK. I was happy when he gave me the price. The work happened and when the inspector came to give a final inspection to close the permit he failed it. I had paid Carson plumbing after he did the work. When I called to announce the failed inspection and the need for additional parts in order to meet the plumbing codes he went MIA. It's been a month and he refuses to answer my calls. He knew I was putting the house on the market and how important the final inspection was in this case. I had also asked him to work on a couple of my rentals in the same area. He took all their information and assured me he could take care of the problems. To date neither of the renters have heard from him and are quite unhappy about it. Roseburg has a very limited pool of professionalism. Clearly Carson Plumbing isn't on that list.
