Had Meyer out to clean our ducts recently, the man arrived 1 1/2 hours before the scheduled time and didn't even apologize for having us change our morning work plans (the process is really noisy, there is no way you could write while it was going on). Then he said his credit card machine was and quot;brokenand quot; so we needed to pay with a check, and there was something about the weasley way he said it that made it seem like he was just trying to dodge paying the c.c. company fees.

We called with pretty short notice -- I think they came out the next day. When I called to schedule, the woman who made the appointment explained the process to me and was very polite and efficient. The service technician was prompt and answered my questions. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Don and his son arrived on schedule and got the entire job completed in less than two hours. They were very thorough, careful and professional. The price was very good and we will have them do the duct cleaning the next time as well. We were very pleased with the work they did for us.

I scheduled a duct and furnace cleaning in Oct 2012. Josiah Meyer was prompt, courteous, professional, and performed the job in one hour. After several months, however, I began to notice a lot of dust bunnies again, and needed to clean my electronic air filter ever 30 days, in addition to dusting the house constantly. I called Meyer 3 days ago, and expressed my disappointment to Diane. Rod Meyer and his son Josiah showed up 3 days later to completely re-clean my furnace and ducts again. Apparently the kitchen vent was missed in the first cleaning, and it was the culprit. I can't express my gratitude enough for the Company professionalism and prompt response. And I can't say enough good things about Meyer Duct Cleaning.

This was a good experience. The response to original call was great. I scheduled service and they showed up as scheduled, were very professional to work with, did an excellent job and amount quoted was the cost of the service. I would recommend this company to others and will definitely use them in the future.

The scheduling person was friendly and helpful. She explained their fee structure, and described the equipment they would use to clean the ducts in the house. When Josiah arrived, he looked at the furnace and said that it needed to be cleaned, so I had that done on the same service call. Josiah was fast and efficient, and did an excellent job. Meyer's price was about $80 less than the competitor. They did not charge extra for the long drive to get to our house. The dispatching lady said that they serve customers in a large geographic area.

The entire work was completed quickly and thoroughly. i was very statisfied.

What a great experience all around...from the friendly person scheduling the work and answering my questions to the team that showed up to do the work. These guys were polite, clean and thorough and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again.

They were very professional and took great care in making sure they did not leave a mess when they left. When they arrived they asked me to show them were the ducts were and they began their work right away. They did not waste any time in completing the project.

They replied to our phone call and scheduled promptly. They arrived and set up their equipment, explaining what their process was. As they proceeded through the house they were courteous and efficient. The work was accomplished well and in a timely manner.

After asking my heating and cooling man if he could recommend a good duct cleaning service, I was told Meyer Duct Cleaning was a very good and reputable company that does the job right. He said that is the only company he would use and now I know why. The company I had used several years ago never came into my house the man cleaned everything straight from the furnace in the garage. The owner Rod Meyer and his assistant Kyle went to every vent and duct in my house and thoroughly cleaned each one. They also went and sprayed a sanitizing solution into each vent. At first I was cautious of doing this because of the possible odor, but it turned out not to be an issue. They also cleaned my dryer vent and Rod even went into the crawl space to make sure the dryer vent was working properly. Kyle his assistant had pulled out the dryer to check things out and kindly offered to vacuum up the dust behind it and even used a rag to wipe the floor. This was greatly appreciated since I couldn't do it myself. They were here for about an hour and 45 minutes and did a wonderful job at a fair price. Rod was very knowledgeable and he and Kyle were on time, helpful, friendly and professional as was Diane the office manager. Because I like things to be done well, this is the company I will be using from now on. I can highly recommend Meyer Duct Cleaning.

Setting up the appointment was easy. They were punctual (early, actually). They were very professional and fast. Plus, they're a local business. We were very happy to support a local business.

They were highly recommended by another company. They were very good. They explained what they were doing and also cleaned up after themselves. They went down into the basement and looked at what kind of system we had. They were very polite and professional. I left a message and they called back within a couple of hours. They did the work very carefully and put things back carefully. They took their shoes off when they came in. They had to move the furniture to find the ducts and so forth. It was a good experience. We were very pleased with their work. I would recommend them without question.

They arrived right on time, set up all the vacuum tubes and air compressors, identified all the registers and placed the magnetic covers. They estimated 2 hours based on the size of my house, number of ducts, etc. They were right on schedule, focused on getting the job done and worked very hard. I had not had the ducts cleaned for 12 years.....I didn't know I was supposed to do it every 3-5 years. Anyway, they had their work cut out for them and they did it quickly, efficiently and very well. I was very pleased and just put their number on my 5 year calendar for 4 years from now to have them back!

Large vacuum hoses to do this work must be snaked through the house, so I was glad to be able to do it before the movers came. Many years of dust, dead insects and dog hair had accumulated in the ductwork. The man who did the cleaning (whose name I have unfortunately lost) said it was one of the dirtiest houses he had done. However, the change was immediate and dramatic. What little scent there was when the furnace was run afterward was fresh and neutral, no dog smell or artificial scents either.

I have used them before because they have very reasonable prices. They also give us a senior citizen discount. We have always been very happy with the work and the crews they send out. They did a complete cleaning and do not skip any ducts. They also made sure not to cause any mess for us to clean up.

The experience was terrific! Rod was early for the appointment and very professional and personable. I would highly recommend his company. His truck and equipment looked sturdy and up-to-date. I was impressed with everything :) I also got an appointment the very next day because of a cancellation. Lucky!

RODNEY FROM MEYER DUCT CLEANING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS HERE ON TIME, DID HIS JOB IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO ME AND OUR DUCTS WERE SPOTLESS AFTERWARDS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
