Description of Work: SunWest Builders recently constructed our new 2665 sq ft house in Bend and did so to an incredibly high standard. We are utterly amazed and beyond satisfied with our beautiful new "forever home!" Ground was broken on 23 Feb and the building passed final inspection on 26 Aug -- from naked dirt to a completed home in six months! Neighbors who watched our home go up (among many other homes in our new development) provided unsolicited comments that our house was the "best built" in the neighborhood. At various times during the build, friendly strangers have walked up to ask admiringly about the construction. Just the other day, we saw passers by take a selfie of themselves with our completed home as the backdrop! It doesn't get better than that! We owe an immense debt of gratitude to Steve Buettner, Rick Stilson, and James Skelly of SunWest Builders (plus all of their excellent subcontractors) for their superior professionalism and craftsmanship. We just LOVE our new home! Incredible quality for the price.
