My water heater was 30 years old and pushing out lots of sediment clogging the dishwasher, etc. They quoted me on Monday and installed Wednesday. 600 to 800 bucks cheaper than others in my area. Completed in 1 hour and did an excellent job.

Ethan and James, techs were great! Although, Ethan put a new flange in my toilet, that James had to throw away. Cole did a horrible job of communicating with me. His lack of communication caused me to change my appt 3 times, then cancel, which cost me $60.

The repairman showed up the same day that I called and arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon. He also asked me a few questions prior to the appointment and was able to pick up the piece that needed replacement so the repair was done immediately. They were very professional and I highly recommend this company!

Far to expensive for roughly 2 hours of labor and parts. Was charged $1,075 to hook up an external, above ground 3,000 gallon potable water tank now plumbed into the pumphouse with a shallow well pump. Guess I have spent my life in the wrong business. Feel like I got scalped financially. Nice young men but the sticker shock has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was amazed at their promptness. I called Angieâ s List @ 2:50 and Ethan showed up 50 minutes later. I thought I would have to wait weeks, instead I waited less than an hour. Ethan was professional and pleasant to have on our home. I highly recommend Smith Rock Plumbing!!

What a wonderful Team! From my initial call, I was astounded by the level of service from this company. Cole had two technicians out to provide me an estimate within 10 minutes of my call. They assessed the issue within 10 minutes, provide a quote, and completed the job right then within an hours time. They had all of their supplies and even had the new parts on hand with them. They were even kind enough to walk me through how to fix a couple of minor issues myself and installed my kitchen faucet without an additional charge. Truly the BEST service I have seen in years. Both technicians that arrived were kind, knowledgeable, and provided service above and beyond my expectations. 5 star rating is truly not high enough for this level of care. Bravo to this company for providing excellent care from start to finish!
