The cleaning was great, I was able to get it done very quickly.

Rossy was on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our house.

We used Rosys a few times. Prices always went up without giving upfront notice but nothing that caused concern. Well, today we were billed almost DOUBLE than what we were charged last time with no notice. We would have respectfully declined had Rosys been upfront that what we would be paying came out $40 per person per hour. BEWARE and get quotes upfront every cleaning if you use them.

Hired to clean the home I purchased and was left in a very unclean state by previous owners. Hired Rosy to clean the gross kitchen cupboards and bathrooms and light cleaning elsewhere since we would be painting and installing new floors. Several areas in the kitchen were missed so I had to clean every cupboard and drawer myself. Also broke a mini blind and bent several others. Was quoted $280 for the job but was charged $350. Rosy offered to come back and clean again and replace the broken blind but I was over it! I will not hire again or recommend.

I have a large house and it gets beautifully cleaned in 2 hours. She has a very nice crew that gets to work right away and doesn’t waste time. Reasonable prices also.

Rossi was very responsive to my quote request. I told her that I would like the same people to clean my house and she agreed. The first cleaning was good and thorough, however, they broke a shelf in my refrigerator. I did not hink too much about it accept the next cleaning my living room was all roughed up. I remember thinking how rough they must be in my house. A couple more cleanings happened and then I had a friend staying at my house during one of the appointments. I am normally out of town and have not been there for a cleaning. Rossi did not show up as planned, did not communicate about it, and then asked to come at 4 pm on Friday when I am just getting home from my work travels. She did not care that I was upset about the schedule and just kept saying okay on the phone. I asked her a question and she just kept saying **ok!** I needed the house clean so she came at that time, BROUGHT 6 WOMEN, and spoke poorly about me to my friend. She was so full of attitude about her mishap instead of communicating. I think that she always brought 6 people and just told me what I wanted to hear. I do not trust her at all!

Very friendly nice lady. Iâ m a working mom of 2 toddlers and wasnâ t able to keep up on my house like I would have liked. I hired her for a deep clean. She did an amazing job I was so impressed and shocked to see what my house should look like after she and her team were finished. Highly recommend. And many thanks, that helped me out so much.

Roses has a very good group that comes in to clean. Very professional, pleasant and efficient. They did a great job.

What they cleaned was very clean; they just missed some areas.

Absolutely AMAZING. They are very well-organized, more thorough than I ever imagined. Windows are sparkling, tables and floors are shining, and everything is fresh-smelling and spotless. The cleaning crew was very nice and friendly, and they got done in over an hour what would have taken me a week to do. I am so impressed that even though this was supposed to be a one-time need, I plan to have them clean my house in the future. They went above and beyond!

Their care in cleaning and thoroughness exceeded my expectations.
