+ -1 morePleasant experience with Joe and crew. Scheduled us for install within two weeks of bid process. Two-day install for heat pump, air handlers,and electrical. Josh worked hard and was quite pleasant. We are very pleased with the experience and everything works great. We had a pellet stove - now we have quiet heat with clean air, and looking forward to summer with a/c. Thanks a million guys!

Description of Work: Provided and installed two Mitsubishi heating and cooling units plus a compressor. They scheduled the electrical work as well as the inspection after the installation.

+ -1 moren Couldn't have been better. Very prompt, very punctual, and (no kidding) $370 cheaper than the first estimate that I got from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. Plus, Anthony (the provider) was friendly, informative, and very pleasant to work with. Anthony gave good advice on all questions that I asked, even though he stood to gain by answering otherwise. I asked him, for example, when I should think about replacing my current heat pump, he answered that it should be good for 5-10 years longer, and that it would be most efficient to wait until it actually broke down, rather than to replace it prematurely. I appreciate honest answers!
Description of Work: My furnace had stopped working, the provider assessed and repaired it.

+ -1 morePerformed the work under adverse weather conditions. Extreme cold temperatures. Our installation was not an easy one as our existing furnace is in the crawl space. The end result is we are very satisfied with the installation and the product(American Standard) installed.
Description of Work: Replaced existing electric furnace. Installed new electric furnace and added new heat pump.
