"I contacted them on line, explained the problem (could not read the temperature panel), gave them the make, model number and the serial number. They sent a person to the house to supposedly repair. All he did was look at it, checked the info on his phone, said they did not make that model anymore. He had all that info before he came out to our house. He said he would check for parts and call us back. When he did not call back, we made 3 calls to Apex before they called back saying they could not get parts. They did not make any effort to repair and yet they charged us $100.00. They had all the info before hand. Why did they not tell us they would not attempt to repair. As far as I am concerned, it was a scam."

Jimâ s a real salesman try and make you feel good type of guy but nothing but a greedy car salesman. The quality of work was fine but while heâ s shaking your hand heâ s robbing your pocket."
