Very efficient, friendly and timely!

Very good. The team evaluated the problem and gave me options. No pressure or scare tactics. Since my system had several problems in the past and the idea of no heat in the middle of winter didn't appeal to me, I opted to replace a 12+ year old furnace and the old ducting. The installation crew were great, knowledgeable, hard working, prompt, clean, and friendly.

My son and daughter in law woke up to a cold house during the massive snow storm we had in early February. Quality heating came right out and found a burned out circuit board and replaced it. My grand kits had heat in time for the two feet of snow that fell that night.

They phoned us the morning of the appointment to give us a better timeframe for arrival. They checked our heating system, replaced the filter on the HVAC and cleaned up afterward. Great service, very professional.

I liked the whole package. They were punctual. Their quote was spot-on, and it didn't cost me a penny more than was quoted. The work was professional and reliable. They kept my home clean in the midst of all the work. They were done on time. They will be coming out to do my furnace tune-ups and so forth.

I got three or four bids and quality heating was the lowest. They also were able to finish the work sooner than everyone else. I enjoyed working with them and would use them again.

I would recommend them family members and friends. I would rate them highly, and would continue to use them in the future if I needed to.

I bought a new Heat Pump, TRANE, BRAND, from Not So Quality company in Redmond, OR. After three compressors and two heat pumps burned up, the company finally decided to have a TRANE engineer come to look at it. It was determined the install was done incorrectly. The install had to be redone. Now, in 2011, the heat pump was burned up again. This time Quality Heating refused to honor the EXTENDED WARRANTY. After many phone calls to the EXTEND WARRANTY company, the representative finally re-assigned the warranty to a company in Bend, OR., who was on the list of approved company to work on the TRANE product. There name is, CASCADE SPECIALTIES. There phone number is:1-541-382-8403. THEY ARE A+ IN ALL AREAS OF SERVICE AND PRICE. Overall, I lost approximately $1,000.dollars in having to pay extra electric bill during the several times my heat pump was out of order. QUALITY HEATING, WHICH I NICKED NAMED,"NOT SO QUALITY HEATING", REFUSED REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE LOSS TO ME.

No hidden costs or pressure to purchase extra. They even filled out all of my tax credit paperwork so I just had to send it in.
