The glass for the windshield was first broken during his first attempt to install the glass. I was charged for the broken glass. The second attempt he installed the glass with the seal in backwards and installed from the outside of the car when it is suppose to be installed from the inside of the car. He insisted that my car was a 1940 not a 1941 and that it was installed properly. He threatened to have my car towed if I did not pay. Afterward I took the car to another shop where it was removed , resized (it was cut too large and had to be resized) , and re-installed. Mike Dorn (owner of Mikes Auto Glass) refused to work a resolution and told me that all sales are final. He refused to work a resolution with the Better Business Bureau and forced me to file a claim in small claims court. He lost the case but now refuses to pay the judgement.
Description of Work: Mikes Auto Glass was hired to cut and install windshield glass in a 1941 Chevrolet car.
