The guys down here are awesome. Great customer service over the phone and in person. We thought we were going to have to replace some major parts but come to find out it was just a loose connection that was taken care of quickly. Thanks so much!

I paid the bill and made the repairs myself.
Description of Work: The check engine light stayed on. They said bring it down. I called them back about three hours later and they said they didn't have the up to date equipment to analyze the problem. It was mentioned to bring the vehicle to the dealer for repairs. After waiting most of the day, all they did was change the oil and filter, which I didn't authorize. I just service the car a week before.

Interesting review. Just curious what prompted it after three years. Your dates are off. In November of 2009, you were scheduled for an Oil Change Service, which was authorized. I still have it in my schedule for 11/11/09. When you arrived, you mentioned the check engine light. we scanned your computer, told you what the potential problem was, and did tell you, at that time, we did not have the software to properly test the affected component. We did update our software shortly after that. In march 2010, you brought the vehicle back, and we diagnosed, and replaced a faulty starter. Thank you for your business.
